Unit with no where to go
What happens if a unit is dislodged but has no where to go? I.e there is only one possible space, but another unit (unsupported) is trying to move into that space.

Update: Using data from about 3:00 pm BST Yesterday

Upgrade: A filter to remove games that ended before Autumn 1903, the first time it is possible to reach a win. This means that most cancelled games are removed.
Also, using timestamps, I have been able to properly correct the order in which games were finished, rather than assuming that they finished in order of Game ID.

Apology: There was an error in the way a WTA draw was carried out, which meant that quite often the number of players thought to have been in a draw was often wrong by a few.

Thanks to jbalcorn who realised that his rating was too high, and alerted me so that I could go looking for the error.

I noticed my rating was higher than expected, but I figured I must have had a game ended near the begining of the month that I had forgotten about.

Good catch.

Does this mean that all the old data was not calculated right?

Yes- if you drew a WTA game before 1st July, the result value of that game would have been wrong.

i think i was one of the folks most impacted along with jbalcorn - i believe all my finished games were drawn wta games, hence i benefited from the mistake quite a bit!

Yes, trip, they are there, and I haven't yet got a dump of data including banned accounts, tried to work out where they were and weren't the same or different multis from other information, and then filtered out the games that involved cheating etc.

The program I wrote in Excel and VB for apps takes about 20 hours to run through the whole database, so I don't think that such a measure will happen before I have had a new method of performing the calculation completed.

Hi Ghost, as You have removed older lists, I can't check them, but it looks like my rating dropped with the correction, isn't it? Could You tell me the last rating I had?

Back up into the top ten - weee. I was a little surprised to see that on the all-time list my peak was 400 and now I am at 397.

Also, I'm surprised that MadMarx's rating is so high compared to the others. If you win a game against people in the top 100 how much should you expect it to boost your rating?? 25 points? 50? more??

Jacob, FYI, I won GhostRatingChallenge Game Three, five of the players were in the top twenty of the GhostRatings and two were in the upper thirties (as I remember), and with the pre-July 3rd Rating System, I jumped nearly 100 points for the win with that one game being the only game I finished...

Shoot, sorry, I got that wrong, those stats are for GhostRatingChallenge Game One, I think in game three that one or two people were ranked around one hundred, but still the majority of people were in the top twenty...

Can someone tell me my new rank.. I can't open it on my smartphone, and I don't want to wait until I go home.... I was up at 20 in the last iteration of the jun/jul ranking and 34 in the may/jun ranking...

Repeat Multiaccounters
Is there anyway to stop them? As long as multiaccounters create usernames that aren't similar to their banned ones and are not completely obvious when they multiaccount wont they pretty much always get away with it? Even if they are caught eventually what stops them from just making new accounts?

How do we booting a player that desires to leave?
We have a player that desires to leave the game. We don't want to mop up the nation, but we also don't want to waste 72hrs making inconsequential movements to send the nation into civil disorder. How does a player get booted when there is desire to be?

Surrendering
One of our players is dropping out. Is there any way for him to surrender the game and go uncontrolled?

We're on a three day turnaround, and waiting three days for every single turn is going to suck (we're only on three day because of people occasionally being away for the weekend).

Moderator, admin - problem on 11840
Moderator, Please explain: 1) West Med went to Tunis with support from N Africa (see yellow line) 2) but didn't get because Tunis was supported by Ionian
