1. The EDL is not a political party. It's a sort of pressure group. It absolutely isn't a party and has even declared itself not to be one. You display your ignorance by describing it as a party.

2. The EDL has no official membership structure, it only has "followers", and there is no offical means by which a person can apply for formal membership of the EDL.

Please explain your claim that the EDL is a "party" with "black members" in light of the above. Please tell us exactly how many members your EDL has, and how many of them identify as non-white. Thank you.

I admit, I'm Pennsylvanian, of Irish and Russian heritage, so my views and opinions are perhaps not the most relevant nor informed, but wasn't it more like economically induced consent? (Scotland's colonization attempts)

Scottish businesses were losing out on trade due to the Navigation Acts which restricted trade to English colonies to English ships only, so joining the union gave access to those markets.

Ah, but what is Wales but a collection of remnants of British kingdoms? What makes Gwent or Powys any different from Kernow or Dumnonia? Wales is no more a conquered nation than England is.

I don't know anything about Wales, so I defer to you on that. I made the comment because of Edward's conquest of the main Welsh kingdom in the 1200s or thereabouts.

I fear that as I have never participated in morris dancing that I'm not conforming to the English heritage. I'm also concerned that I have broken the law in my car and I'm not sure which religion I have to join as none of them have been a majority religion for such a long time. Please advise.
