As for muting...such a childish way of dealing with things you don't like, instead of manning up and confronting arguments you disagree with. I suppose you and Cach are the sort that, as children, would pick up your toy and go home instead of sharing if something happened that rubbed you the wrong way, instead of dealing with it. But such is modern society....where our demented Liberal social constructs teach people that they should seek to be offended at every turn, and to block their ears and scream and shout foul whenever their petty emotions are ruffled. A sad and pathetic state of being, you and Cach and the like live in. I truly pity you.

Nah... takes a lot for me to mute someone. I can ignore Krellin just fine, but telling him I was muting him made it that much more easy to avoid the desire to reply to his stuff.

Plus, when the guy was down and out and telling people about his troubles, a year or two ago, I tried to say a few supporting words and defended him against haters. Just because of that, I feel like muting him now would be wrong and contradictory.

It's not just the threads you know... It's also the weird spirit of competition. I keep hearing that the quality of players is better here than elsewhere. Though I can't verify that, I'd still believe that it just might be right. I guess I've had my fill of some attitudes and I really miss playing the game just for fun. Getting 7 guys on this site to do that has become increasingly harder. And as I find myself with less and less time to dedicate to these games, I'm thinking I just might prefer try my luck elsewhere or leave the game altogether, for a while at least.

As for points... No: I will not make it an "all or nothing". I want a game that will be pleasant if I'm to play it again, and that means making sure that any person can play regardless of GR or dip points. As it is, two or three names have caught my eyes. I'll write people personally when I decide to create the game. I'm not doing this here for press and attention. I'm doing this here because I'd like to say goodbye to a few people who would likely not join in this game and whom I would have trouble reaching one by one.

As for your past supporting words...I thank you. It is those supporting words of you and Draug and others that truly helped...been clean for quite a while a while now, actually.

As I am, also, in a process of ... hmmm... of cleaning up my life and taking better care of myself, I fear that this decision is not only the right one but also quite definitive. So I would certainly not pass the occasion to throw more spit in my direction while you can! If you want, I'll send you a pm with easy targets about me. For example: did you know I'm a redhead? No joke!

Though the decision is firm, my last game (if there should be one) will keep me around a bit longer, will it not? So make sure you don't spit it all in one shot, or you might find yourself dry when the hour is ripe for more!

I barely play anymore JECE... and for that very reason.

This decision was a long time coming. I've discussed it with other players, and I'm sure it's the right one. I have tons of respect for more people than I could name here. It's absolutely not directed at any one person, not even Draug or Krellin!!! And certainly not MM, though my insisting on it like that coupled with our recent "bout" might say otherwise.
