19 Mar 18 UTC Spring, 1994: Good luck to all
19 Mar 18 UTC Spring, 1994: France, may we keep Piedmont clear (into perpetuity)? Thank ye!
19 Mar 18 UTC Spring, 1994: Piedmont will be clear. (Into perpetuity)
19 Mar 18 UTC Spring, 1994: Wait..
19 Mar 18 UTC Spring, 1994: Lol this is public press
19 Mar 18 UTC Spring, 1994: Poland, France. Let’s hold on from attacking each other early in game. We have more.. pressing concerns right now
19 Mar 18 UTC Spring, 1994: Nice

Russia, would you like Georgia or could I have it?
19 Mar 18 UTC Spring, 1994: Germany am i also included in your don't attack each other proposal? (*puppy eyes*)
19 Mar 18 UTC Spring, 1994: Best of luck everyone!

@Russia & Poland: Initial thoughts on Bielorussia? Any chance of a peaceful resolution?

@Italy: I think we would make excellent friends. Would it be ok for me to eventually take Hungary?

@Turkey: Thoughts on the Black Sea situation? I don't think drama there would be profitable for either of us. Better to peacefully claim outer shares of the Balkans, no?

Next batch of diplomatic cables coming soon!
19 Mar 18 UTC Spring, 1994: @Ukraine I think I would be more than satisfied if I could eventually end up with Croatia plus one TBD balkan state. Maybe we can cooperate on that.
19 Mar 18 UTC Spring, 1994: @Italy: I would definitely be pro-Italian ownership of Serbia, assuming that Ukranian and perhaps Turkish claims to other Balkan territories are respected.

Whether I can help will really depend on how much muss and fuss there is in the East however.

@Turkey: Would this kind of arrangement work for you?
19 Mar 18 UTC Spring, 1994: Turkey, I would like Georgia, but that is as far south as I wish to go.
19 Mar 18 UTC Spring, 1994: Ukraine, I would like to work with you. I will support you into Bielo Russia if you wish.
19 Mar 18 UTC Spring, 1994: Ukraine, I think things are going swimmingly. Works for me.

Egypt, I see you readied up - can we avoid some perpetual standoff in North Africa?

Germany, what do you think about this austria thing between us? Not sure if you would let me have it, but if so Id support you to czech in fall.
19 Mar 18 UTC Spring, 1994: @Russia: That's very generous, thank you! However, if you're serious about working together, I'd be even happier to support you into Bielorussia. Biel is difficult for Ukraine to hold onto in the long term and blocks your path of expansion, which could create a rift down the road. Russian ownership of Biel is much less threatening than Polish ownership and less of a hassle than Ukrainian ownership. It just makes the most sense to me.

All I'd ask in return is a DMZ in Central Russian Plateau, Donetsk and Volga (this last one being negotiable).

Deal?
19 Mar 18 UTC Spring, 1994: An Italo-German accord that involves German occupation of the Czech Republic would make some Ukrainian peasants very happy.

Just sayin'.
19 Mar 18 UTC Spring, 1994: Poland tho is everyone's friend
19 Mar 18 UTC Spring, 1994: Hi guys!
Anyone wanna be my friend?
19 Mar 18 UTC Spring, 1994: Russia what’s the plan with Scandinavia?
19 Mar 18 UTC Spring, 1994: Italy getting Serbia is fine with me. I only want Greece and Bulgaria.
