although this variant will be mostly in the vein of webdipia it won't be a "country" sim per say. I am working on the arctic adventure variant which will take place mostly on a single ship. but i think you will all enjoy it.

For those who are new to the concept:
The GM provides issues or decisions for tengrouo to make together. Then you make your decisions however you all agreed at the beginning. It's pretty straightforward. Your decisions have consequences, some good and some bad. Don't bring smallpox blankets if you don't know what they are.

For anyone who might be interested, it's a lot of fun. CB did an excellent job GM'ing the last one and I'm sure he'll do an amazing job on this one as well.

Alas, I don't have the time to play this time around, but I'll watch while I can.

Technically I GMed the last one but it was brief. Sci fi simulator they didnt make it very far. If I recall they tried settling a planet inhabited by religious zealots.

Its basically a 6 week journey into the mind of comnander byron. A bioterrorist who secretly is harvesting smallpox in his moms basement

So this next iteration will be a little more contained. Being stuck on a ship with the base goal of getting to the north pole and back. (this will also make GMing easier. so phases can be marginally shorter.) to make things interesting there a few preliminary things I will be adding to make your game a bit more dramatic and hopefully entertaining (even though its on a ship).
- An individual or group of individuals can actually win (players can perish or be killed)
- maintaing food and water supplies will be more crucial than in past installments
- your experts will not have the option to act on their own accord. (however they can act with the consent of a player)
-There will be a mafia-esque subplot happening that i don't want to spoil.
-New game metrics are in development to make the game easier to understand and better reflect your crews needs.


In preparation your HW should be to research polar expeditions as I may leave easter eggs which may point you in the right direction or steer you away from danger.

Go to the CIC to get the high sign for the low down, PDQ. Then use the AC with the TV for the EZ and get the cool down ASAP. Then call the PD from the DMV and get the breezy and the oui, oui so she will see me on the QT down at the party with all your friends. And at the BBQ with your BBW, put on your PU aftershave and brave the smack about her BMW and the GMC parked in the DWP lot by the SCE plot. We can LOL with the OMG, listen to music by the PHAT boyz and their TLC with the PYT on the LAP.

@TrPrado- Experts are like "Admiral Banton" from the last game. You guys can try to backdoor the others players by contacting your experts but it may not always work in your favor.

Would this require the same amount of time input as Mafia? Can there be a word limit per player per phase? Asking for a friend who thinks bb posts a lot.

No, it won't require as much time, but it still requires a significant bit of dedication. You have to read and keep up with what people are saying each day. When new scenarios come up, it is important to understand them in context.

So they won't run off on their own to murder the polar bears, but if a player asks them to secretly it can happen assuming it's an expert that would be on board with it anyway?

TrPrado- Yes. This time around you will have to work together to get to the north pole and back; but if you are so inclined you can work to kill off your "allies" to attain the sole glory.

going forward i want some inter connectivity between games. So the players who make it to the north pole and back will win gold from the king which can be used during the next game to advance yourself or the group. The gold is a set amount so if 12 players make it back the prize is split 12 ways... if 2 make it back then the prize is split 2 ways.

Killing another player will NOT be easy, benefit will always go to the player who is being threatened not the killer.

My spammy nature is more useful in simulator as I tend to get elected to handling offucial charters ect. Im also there to propose ideas.
