A very brief summary of the rules:
Each team is made up of 12 players, including a team captain.
The tournament has three rounds:
SINGLES ROUND
Each player will play two games against a single opponent - one as France, and one as Austria. If a player wins both games, or wins one game and draws the other, they will score one point for their team. Otherwise, they score zero.
DOUBLES ROUND
In this round, the team captain will assign each player a partner. Each pair will play two games against one pair from the opposing side - one player playing France, and one player playing Austria. If the pair win both games, or draw one and win the other, they score a point for their team - otherwise, they get zero.
TEAM ROUND
In this round, the 6 players who played France in the Doubles Round will form one group, and the 6 players who played Austria will form another. Each group will then play one game as their chosen nation against a group from the opposing team.
If both groups win their game, or one wins their game and the other draws, then that team will score two points - otherwise, you guessed it; zero.
