In which case, our best strategy would be to give the party cop a chance to investigate Attorney before we consider lynching him.

Party cop scans Attorney who (say) is revealed as non-con. Party cop is outed and nothing really learnt as he could still be Arlene Foster. What am I missing?

Well, I had everyone but Neph in my scumpile before the day started. And after Ezio's claim and case on Neph, I relooked into Neph and put out my own thoughts on him as scum.
So yes, I am happy with where the wagons are at today minus Attorney.

So who's your non-con scum? Or is all the scum in the conservative pile?

If Attorney is scum, they can come forward and reveal since it's pretty much auto win at that point, unless there is somehow a different scum in the noncon pile (this would require a townie lying and then being silent about it)

If Attorney is telling the truth, then party cop can stay quiet and continue scanning, and we will assume Attorney is town.

If Party cop is roleblocked, they claim the roleblock, and when they die/reveal, we can assess what to do with Attorney then.

This is basic mechanics stuff guys.

Another thing that gets me about Flash is his crumbing. If you are going to crumb to try to draw the NK, you try to make it obvious, like he did last game. His crumb this time around was subtle enough where mafia aren't going to pick up on it, but it still gives him a solid thing to point back to. However, if he is mafia, why reveal that crumb now and not hold it until he is about to be lynched and claim party whip then? It doesn't really wasn't good play as either alignment.
