My suggested amendments on:

Prop 4.1 - Gliese4 Code of Laws

Prop 4.1.1. The right to freely express religion
>>unless the religion infringes on the life or liberty of others.

Prop 4.1.2. the right to life (bans capital punishment)
>> Fully agree- also covers the destruction or disassembly of androids

Prop 4.1.3. the right to consciousness (no unlawful consciousness transfers or overwrites)
>> Agree

Prop 4.1.4. the right to a fair proceeding by an impartial jury
>>unless a quick decision must be made to protect the colony, then after the first decision is made, a jury can be brought in to repeal the decision.

Prop 4.1.5. property rights, unlawful search, seizure, and entry into a residency without proper warrant
>> Instead of warrant, without proper permission from a majority of the council, or the president.

Just noticed an error with the Moxie. I have it creating food, but that gives us more than 100% food since I didn't adjust my math when I was moving stuff around.
