I feel like I am living in the Twilight Zone. Was I really that forgettable D3?!
I should have worded that better. Your point is taken. I should have said something like "two of the three biggest Ham defenders were targeted".

The fact that Sparta has come up with a good reason why Ham could be scum also makes for confusing situation. How can there be strong logical reasons for reading him either way?
The reason for my post about Ham is that I started a D3 wagon on an eventual town flip, and I am trying to follow Balki's advice here:

When you have incorrect reads (if you are Town), I encourage you to focus on yourself and how you can get better, and not focus so much on the person you were trying to read.
I ask my students to check the assumptions they are making all of the time; I am doing the same to myself here. Was I too fixated on saving Ham?

There were genuine questions in there from someone who has never played Mafia before: I still want to know, from an experienced Mafia player, if Mafia would have spotted Ham's crumbs. Jamie, do you have thoughts?

How easily findable do you think these crumbs are?
can we please vote Sparta?

Who is thinking the team was Just-Sparta-Balki-KoP?
In the space of half an hour you wanted to endhammer Balki, then you wanted to endhammer KingofPirates, and now you're advocating votes on Sparta despite not voting him yourself.

Have your forgotten to take your ADHD medication or are you just looking for spurious wagons to start and/or push?

Why the Brainbomb impression?
Excellent point. Bunny is being scummy.

The thing about ADHD is a little bit insensitive. I don't have ADHD or know anybody who does, but it's probably not a good topic for jokes of this kind.

has hamilton claimed a scan yet
He retracted his Cop claim like two days ago.

Why aren't you reading the thread?
Oh, look at this. Bonatogether can't even be bothered to track the thread. Idk if this is scum but it's definitely not good townplay.
Also, has everyone forgotten about bozo?

Strong town:
Ham
Jamiet

Weak town:
Balki
Sweet

Weak scum:
Bozo
Vecna
Bonatogether
BunnyGo

Null:
Everyone else

Looking at Sparta's RB claim, one of the following is true:

Scum think Sparta is cop

Scum want us to think Sparta they think is cop

Sparta is scum

Scum want us to think Sparta is scum

Sparta is scum and is preparing to be bussed

5 is unlikely, and I doubt scum would use their RB on attempting 2 or 4. I think either 1 or 3 is possible.

3 and 5 are minor variants of the same possibility.

Therefore, there are four basic scenarios here, and in three of them, Sparta is not scum.

I will not vote for Spartaculous today.

I am happy with a vote for Worcej or Bozo as it stands.

Catching up rn, looks like I’m somewhat on the chopping block? Alright then, let’s tackle this. So far, I don’t see too much? The main points I notice are: possible bussing D1 and a relative lack of other candidates. If I missed anything please let me know. But to tackle this: not much I can do about number 2, y’all are far better at analysis than I am, and I don’t think there are any other stones to turn over.
Regarding number 1: I have no clue why you think that is bussing. I was looking for the argument that damo’s side was using, and hoped there was an argument better than ‘low posting D1, vote them out1!!11!’ (Again, personal code, unless super egregious this is not a valid reason for me). There was not, and I stayed my vote on just for that reason. It was pretty logical for me.

I’ll answer other questions you have too, just gimme some time bc school is still testing. Please no more scum read/town read questions though, i believe I’ve sufficiently answered those and will update if I think of something. I also think y’all are wayyyy over analyzing me. I’m not nearly good enough at this game to think or plan as far ahead as you think I can lol.

Instead of distracting from the investigation with snide comments, you could investigate and hunt.
Genuine question, why are you spraying your vote around so much?

How does you voting KingofPirates for 90 seconds help hunt scum?
It is kind of dubious. Doing it for the reaction? Some sort of test?

Scummy post.
Glad I saw that because when I first read it this morning I thought it was bunny making that vote.

Honestly, given the position hamilton brian is in, it's a mystery why the votes are landing there.

Chalk bona and worcej more into the scum lean; why lean into such an easy miskill instead of actively work to solve?

We've broken the bot again and the searching function on the forum is kaputzed.

I would vote worcej today but I would also like to see where a bona wagon would go. Both have kind of sleepwalked into today with suspect posts/thinking.

I think Scum!Bona is quite unlikely given his interactions with JustWill on Day 1.

I think that Scum!Pirate is very unlikely based on the timing of his Day 1 vote on JustWill and the fact that it would surprise me a lot if a player as new as Pirate bussed his Godfather on Day 1.
