I was nodding along with that, but I don't have a scumread on Will. I just think that red rover lineup was kind of silly.

I dont understand. Why is talking *about* the game not okay? And I do talk about stuff *in* the game as well
about the game is no insight, zero-utility. in the game is concrete and specific, which you have a severe deficit of
Ya i mean i dont understand but if you’re saying I’m making base-level assessments then okay sure. But im not going into 5th-level reads on day 1 with no info
it doesn't need to be super convoluted, it just has to be 'observed specific action -> definite specific read'. there's not many actions yet, especially ones with cards on the table, but you haven't produced in that pattern. it's been big picture, there's blocks of players forming!! type stuff. so? what's the vote on that

Bona, just so you are aware, Will is basically that exhibit at the zoo with the chain link fence where they warn you that if you stick your fingers through, the Apes inside might suck on them.

Post 18: wake up way too early. Time to check the bot.

The bona wagon looks like it might be scum driven. The sweet wagon less so.

Wonder why Vecna is voting a lurking new guy?

Check the Dr’s ISO and learn he’s not new. But is regretting and just lost as scum.

Check why Balki voted food again. Learn he’d been voting for Bunny (ME!)

##vote DrF

(If Mr. F went to school?)
This is the second vote of bunny in a row where it has that feel of a potential bus vote due to the reasoning just not feeling like something that he naturally concluded.
Post 26: See my name (Bunny!) and get attracted to it.

Wondering what Vecna's point is...does he think I'm sheeping? Does he expect me to work harder somehow? Day 1?

He thinks I'm scum and also bussing new players whom I don't know?

Odd....probably towny. Scum!Vecna would take my townread and not push back.
Why would I not do that for some easy towncred?

It feels just a little bit like vecna has buyers remorse for voting fidelis pre - sub as an easy LHF choice. And now hes trying to come up with who hes gonna actually produce a fake scumread on to push instead.

Please dont conflate fully reading the game and following along as a spectator to mean that I digested every micro detail of every nuance of every read. I saw sweet made a big splash very early by end hammering on Balki and I read the reactions, and there was certainly some things worth talking about there.

Worcejs statement about "we always just go for this guy" (wrt to sweet)

Your proclamations that it was anti town to anchor vote, hammer and leave the thread. I had many thoughts on that. For a while I thought wow, Jamie got him. Then for a while I thought, this is just jamie bussing sweet. Then eventually I thought, wait, what if Jamie was defending scum buddy Balki by masking with all this bullshit some other narrative to suit his needs. And finally im at the idea of, Jamie isnt the centerpeice of the strangeness here. maybe sweet looks like shit there but it did make me think alot about the game as a whole, and made me wonder more about BALKI than it did about sweet. and this is still true now.
these thoughts from beancomb are good but were generated before he entered the game and so are not useful as a determinant
This is actually a good point that I didnt consider in my earlier statement

So whats to stop you from using this line of reasoning to dismiss every thought ive had about the game up to this point?

....

It's not about dismissing your thoughts. It's about not using them to sort your alignment. Because you didn't have an alignment when you had the thoughts.

Make sense?

Not really, seems overly procedural and a silly way to dismiss my talking points. If your only reason for reading my posts in any given game is just to decide for yourself if Im town saying the things I am saying, then ive been massively playing mafia wrong for years.

Its really puzzling to me how pretty much every game loads of people say this, then 10 pages later im suddenly their ironclad townread, and then I die.

Also, I had like a single 24h period of activity last game in which Balki wasnt really around since he was on a beach somewhere, where I solved pretty much the entire game 8-)
I'm not accusing you of being scummy. This is very much how you've played many games as town.

It's just different, I'm curious why Balki specifically thinks that difference is about him.
Oh, it's really just a difference between this game and last game. That's as far as my memory goes. Last game Vecna made jokes about my big swinging lawyer dick that made me laugh and feel uncomfortable at the same time. He didn't really engage with me directly in the short time we were both in the game. This game he came in and agreed with a couple of things I said, with just a different attitude.

It is surely the type of thing that I would notice, but maybe that nobody else would notice, because it's mostly about me.
You definately made up the stuff about the big dick lawyer stuff lol.

If not im retroactively embarassed about last game me

It definetely feels like a transition from townreading me to saying my posts are worth disregarding, and my thoughts up to this point are not reasons to townread me. As scum I would likely not enter the game with these thoughts, or be able to express them freely. there would be far greater gerrymandering. I invite you to point to evidence of such.
