Game thread is up, but please do NOT post in it until further notice.
Game starts in around 8 hours, so no rush.

Re: Mafia tutorial / newbie game?
The spreadsheet ceased being updated at M22Jamiet99uk wrote: ↑Mon Jun 11, 2018 2:09 pmI know but Ghug-bashing is a traditional webDip Mafia passtime.brainbomb wrote: ↑Mon Jun 11, 2018 2:06 pmGhug is like one of the highest win % players on the spreadsheet. Re: Mafia tutorial / newbie game?
Id go through all the games and update it but I think win % is relatively easy to calculate based off the data already in there on a player like ghug for example

In general, ghug sucks, bo is the worst, and I am the most cool. Any statistics that deny those true facts are fake news.

Bo isn't the worst, at least he isn't at the games I play.dargorygel wrote: ↑Mon Jun 11, 2018 3:58 pmIn general, ghug sucks, bo is the worst, and I am the most cool. Any statistics that deny those true facts are fake news.

They dont, thats why they coach. (sorry, given my new profession, I couldnt resist).
Re: Mafia tutorial / newbie game?
For the serious answer, judging from Jamie's posts back on page 1, they will:
1. Track the game.
2. Compose a PM regarding your play at the end of turns for you to learn from.
3. Hang out in the god thread for active discussions once you die.
Dunno if that helps. Looks like its mostly PM based.

Re: Mafia tutorial / newbie game?
Precisely this. At the end of each game day, each player still alive will receive a PM from me (but drafted by one of the coaches) giving some feedback on their play so far. The two coaches will also be in the God QT to give additional feedback and answer questions for players that have died.teacher2 wrote: ↑Mon Jun 11, 2018 5:04 pmFor the serious answer, judging from Jamie's posts back on page 1, they will:

GM NOTE
Apparently I don't know what time zone I currently live in. Of course UK time is currently BST, not GMT. The game will therefore start in four hours, at 11pm BST.

GM NOTE
In order that I can do the role draw and prepare the PMs, sign-ups will close TWO HOURS before the game starts.
