This is a lot harsher than our last Haiku Wilson game.

I am concerned about the calling out process.

For instance, "Everyone" was used by MoSW:
How large a bet are
You considering to set?
Good luck, everyone!

That could be either a three syllable (by print) OR a two syllable (by oft pronounced) word.

Determining it... would be difficult in haiku form.

I would suggest the use of parentheses to have a debate about haiku form.

WHO determines if it is 'wrong?' Majority vote?
There was a link to a website for determining the number of syllables; "everyone" was considered three syllables there.
As for "who determines", I assume it is reasonable to agree upon a certain algorithm (such as using the website) and utilize it in every case.
What nonsense is this?
In England "Everyone"
Is FOUR syllables

MY part of the nonsense was writing '2' and '3' instead of '3' and '4.' A pre-coffee counting typo. However, your question is exactly why I brought it up...

In the hymnals I grew up singing from, they use “ev’ryone” to make it unambiguous. Same with words like “bless’d”, just to make sure there’s no confusion.

It was stated in the rules that apostrophes can be used like this, though not so much for clarification as for decreasing the number of syllables. I don't think anybody was using that so far, though.

We are no longer in need of a Germany.
