I like this post. What is your suggestion for bringing the storylines together?

I've always found that I get pretty lost in the first few days of large games. Things only become playable once a few people die off.

my first suggestion was to focus on getting reads down from everyone on vapor and all his voters since his wagon has stayed intact as lead wagon shy of 50% of day one.

Topic 2 is to parse all of the new players and establish who among them has displayed the most towny attributes.

Topic 3 we try not overload the thread with too many side quests until we have flips. We could end hammer today on vapor to help mediate thread size and garner info faster.

I agree with points 1 and 2, but I think endhammering (point 3) is a bad idea.

D1 banter can sometimes be helpful later in the game. By hammering, we potentially cut off an avenue of information gathering.

Hammering D1 is atrocious and I don't think Brain is remotely serious about it . Why I am not receiving your usual obvtown vibe in this game EP?

Please learn to use the quote function properly, people. We all make mistakes with the syntax, but if you're doing it repeatedly, it makes it much harder to follow what you're trying to say.

1) The doctor has someone to guess besides random
2) The tracker has someone to follow besides random
3) If maniac dies anyways, then I'm both a suspect, and am likely being framed. So we actually have something besides old meta game foolishness to go on.

Bozo - I liked his opening but he hasn't said a lot more since then. Bozo isn't usually very active in the early days, so I'm not expecting a ton of posts from him until later. His activity in the mid/lategame should be telling.

Worcej - his alignment should be obvious by the late game. For now, his prodding looks good.

Jamie - every time I think Jamie is scummy, he's actually town. I think he's scummy this game, so he's probably actually town.

Xorxes - he's playing a little different than normal, but it's possibly because of his recent scum games.

ND - the persona is pretty weird. It'll be easier to sort him once he starts playing normally.

Vapour* - Vapour is definitely acting strange. Some of his posts give the survivalist vibe, but then later posts say he's fine with dying. Imo, he's either a scum or a PR. If he's still alive in a few days, we lynch.

EMC - I recall seeing a bunch of his posts but nothing stood out. Seems like he's playing under the radar.

I haven't been able to devote as much time to this as I normally would like. I'm in a few games off-site and am trying to balance my activity in all.

My normal play should resume once this thread is a little less busy.

There’d likely be a trend. Clustering. Something. It’s intel that’s meaningful to the actual mechanic of the game rather than just mental masturbation about who likes whom and who said a word that triggered another persons scumdar.

Cool. Glad someone can read my posts. It makes sense since clearly I can’t read theirs.

As for the vote: I’m not voting for someone if I don’t have to on flimsy evidence that I don’t understand. With the scum knowing each other (when I play f2f they don’t know each other D1) I’m just so much more likely to kill a powered townie.
