this will be my first mafia game since july. I got married and got a new job working at an office supply company as an Ops Manager. Im still same ol bb, but alot less angry and enjoying life. I have 3 dogs now and still lil willow cat. Willow has diabeties now and I have to give her insulin two times a day. took a few trips to minnesota, played in champs as a sub and won a game as scum. I still play civ 6 and run my dnd games once a week on zoom now.

I switched browsers to duckduck go and voted for Biden of course, our real, rightful president who won 100% legally and legitimately. Very proud of America for doing the right thing finally.

Glad things are going well buddy. I was legit concerned about a year ago when you were really upset.

In other news, I voted Trump in 2016 and Jo Jorgensen in 2020 because 'Stand Back and Stand By' was enough for me to not vote for Trump. I am cautiously optimistic that Biden will return some decorum to our presidency, but excited for 2024 to see who the Republicans roll out next time and if Biden will actually go for a 2nd term - my gut says Harris will be the main candidate though.

I will laugh my ass off if Trump goes for a 2nd term then again though... That'll be comedic gold once again.

I somehow outted my own teams secret flavor. it was a mistake where I was desperate trying to get town to mass claim so we could get a double kill off

I was on the Mafia team with you in that game. What you actually happened was this: The game had an odd mechanic, created by GM Squigs, which meant that everyone was randomly allocated into pairs, and each pair had its own little neighbourhood QT. Some of these were Town-Town pairs, some were Town-Scum pairs, and it was possible a Scum-Scum pair could have been randed, but that didn't happen.

There was also a mechanic which I think allowed the scum to attempt a double-kill, but this had to hit *both* members of a Town-Town pair. If scum guessed right, this would achieve two kills in one - but guessing wrong (i.e. picking two townies who were not a pair) meant no kill at all.

When it was down to just you and me as scum, I had posted a list of the potential pairs still alive, so that we could work out if it was worth taking a double-shot. For some reason, you cut-and-pasted this list into the game thread. It was really obvious that this was pasted from the scum QT and we had to concede the game.

If you roll scum with me again this time, please don't do anything like this.
