Mini-case on rdrivera:

Item 1

I think bb meltdown with Durga isn't alignment indicative, he is probably really offended, specially because of the prior interactions with Durga, I hope this don't derail the game. The retracting on the claim is the problematic thing. Brain is fully capable of fake claiming as town, and a no-con claiming con isn't bad as Xorxes already pointed as it gives cover to the cop . But why retract? This just seems bb trying to muddy the waters like last game or maybe trying to signal something to the Mafia team.

The problem here is that brainbomb claimed scum in the middle of his meltdown (later dismissed as a typo). rd believes the meltdown was real, but doesn't even address the scum claim. Who jokes or lies about being scum in the middle of a meltdown? If the meltdown was real, the confession was real (or a typo, but that was not something someone would assume at this stage). Why ignore the scum claim?

How many times did you saw a last minute counter wagon to a scum that is another scum? In D1? I don't remember, feel free to post a link if someone find one.

That's the type of rubbish argument that town rivera would never make. I'm pretty sure there must have been games where the last minute counterwagon to a scum wagon was another scum wagon (I won't bother to look for them) but even if there haven't been it doesn't mean that it can't happen, it's a perfectly possible thing to happen even if not the most likely. And if I'm right about what's what in this game, then the three viable wagons of D1 (bb, Attorney, rivera) and the two viable wagons of D2 (damo, Neph) were all scum, so that would be hilarious, not a single viable town wagon in two days, and all five scum caught.

Item 3

This game is boring at this point as it's based only on mechanics (we are lynching conservatives and unless some town screwed pretty bad it's autowin).

I don't see how a conservative town would find this game boring. For me it has been very entertaining. I can see why some noncons may find it a bit boring as they've been more like spectators for the most part. Even if we're right that we're close to a win, it is by no means certain. To be certain you have to firmly believe that Attorney is scum plus a few other assumptions, otherwise there could be a noncon deep threat that takes the win for Mafia. Apparently rivera buys into the idea that all is already said and done because he knows for sure that Attorney is scum. And even if he is just fully convinced that Attorney is scum, which means the win is practically assured, that doesn't mean we can't have fun figuring out who the other scum are, why rely just on the mechanics, why not scumhunt if you enjoy scumhunting?

As for what to do tomorrow, it of course depends on who the NK is. If Nephthys survived, we lynch him, unless he comes up with an extremely convincing story. I think if the PC has a guilty on Attorney and no townie claims to have lied then it is autowin. If no claim comes, it may be either because Attorney is town or because the PC was killed or roleblocked, in which case the PC should probably not claim anything for now and we lynch in the conservative pool, so that PC still has a chance to keep scanning.

The reason I think Tom is likely town is that being last to claim he had all the info available to see that he had to claim noncon if scum. Unless of course Attorney is town, which I highly doubt. Also he claimed at night so that any of his teammates could have told him he had to claim noncon even if he didn't have the time to make that assessment himself. Also, his last minute vote for Nephthys was very towny, let's see what happens with that. I'd probably leave him for last con to lynch (other than myself), also because he is a good asset if town.

As for Durga, I'm not so sure, but I'm giving her the benefit of the doubt for now. I like some of the things she's done that could very well point to her being town.

Oh, and Percy, you don't really have to claim your specific role at this point. Scum have probably figured out who you are already, but confirming your role only helps them narrow down their targets, it doesn't help us, even if Neph's guess was correct. Of course if Neph is still alive and his guess was wrong you should counter him.

If Attorney is conservative, and none of the town conservative lied about their party, then this game is autowin for us since we can lynch all of the conservatives before mafia can kill off the non-cons. So yes, we lynch Attorney, and it doesn't even matter if he lied or not.
