Avengers: Endgame
i assume that a lot of people have seen the newest trailer for Avengers: Endgame. And we are less then 1 month away before the movie hits the theatres!
And i would love to know, what are your theories about the movie? What is gonna happen? Who are going to die in the move?
I would love to know that and many more!

Re: Avengers: Endgame
The Hulk's persona, inside of Bruce Banner, will get inspired because Thanos threatens harm to Natasha/Black Widow. He gets over the fear of Thanos from when Thanos kicked Hulk's ass and get so strong from being angry that he will beat the tar out of Thanos. Thanos will die, but not really. No one dies in comic books or the comic book movies.

Re: Avengers: Endgame
I utterly disagree. It is simply a part of the genre. No one says, "I hate mysteries... someone always seems to figure stuff out. Right at the end!" because that is what happens in mysteries. In Superhero Genre flicks, the eternality of 'hero' is hardwired into it. It's not bad writing... it's what it is. If you don't like it, don't watch/read. Choose a genre you appreciate.brainbomb wrote: ↑Sun Mar 31, 2019 3:18 amwhich is why in general theyre not very good writingfourofswords wrote: ↑Sun Mar 31, 2019 1:48 amThe Hulk's persona, inside of Bruce Banner, will get inspired because Thanos threatens harm to Natasha/Black Widow. Now to the point... Avengers' Endgame: Due to the everchanging ownership of stuff... The Living Avengers contact the Good WItch Glenda, and persuade her to contact the Sorceror's Apprentice, who casts a spell on Paul Atreides and gets him to give Spice to Bruce Willis, since he is Unbreakable, and Tom Cruise trains him to borrow money (you know, the I.M.F.) from Scrooge McDuck... and they BUY the Justice League, and Aquaman increases Global Warming so everyone drowns, and then a Harlequin Romance heroine (Winnie Cooper) brings everyone to the Winery by the Old Farm and they fall in love and realize that it was all part of a song by Spinal Tap.
And they wake up, quite happy.

I am almost hurt that I didn't get a single +1 for my clever ending prediction.
Perhaps if I had included farscape... or firefly! But firefly seemed somewhat self-serving.

Hell yeah!
The ending where Captain Marvel flew around the Earth faster than light and turned back time... pure genius!

Re: Avengers: Endgame
Captain Marvel will be utterly arrogant and challenge Thanos to personal combat, in much the same way She-Hulk defended earth from Champion after Champion basically mauled Thing to death. The twist is that after about 30 seconds of utterly gorgeous cinematic LAZOR shows from Mar-Vel's hands, Thanos will yawn, snap his fingers, and Cap-Tain Mar-Vel will get queezy and vomit up the blue goo which gives her her powers, and she is left in a coma. Thanos leaves earth again. When Mar-Vel wakes up, then learns that being weaker than Dr Strange is actually a bad strategy when fighting Thanos, gains some self-awareness, apologizes to the Avengers for being a pretentious snob, and runs away crying. Then Tony has a vision in which Dr Strange explains the 1/4billion scenario in which they win by surrendering the Time Stone, and the original Avengers enact Strange's plan by contacting the Grandmaster (I'm sure Collector has his phone number) and they sit down to a rousing game of Texas Hold'em. Hulk gets over-confident and bets everything on a pair of pocket queens (to appeal to the feminists who are mad Mar-Vel was such a flop), which Thanos wins by a spectacular Straight Flush from the River. Hulk flips the table, and the gauntlet falls to the floor. Ant-Man catches it, as he was secretly hidden on the floor, then does his own snap, and ret-cons all the deaths of the first film. Then Groot says "I am Groot" and Thanos realizes the depth of his depravity and signs up for a life of volunteering at the local pet orphanage, where the cat from Mar-Vel scratches out his eye. Twist ending: eye-less Thanos was actually Odin the whole time.
