It's likely a site wide issue, usually isnt longer then 24-72 hours, it was a lot more common a few years ago and they would usually put a giant disclaimer at the top of everyones pages.

Sorry all, took a while but I think I've got to the bottom of it. An issue meant some games took a long time to process and this caused a large backlog of games to build up, mainly unattended AI games, eventually causing the server to get thousands of games behind. The unattended bot games were cleared out, which I'll make happen automatically in future, and I'll add a check so that if the game process queue gets too long I'll get a warning so it won't get so bad next time.

Will keep an eye on it to make sure that has finally got it.
