On my computer, if I hit enter on the graphical interface, it sends the message.

I would be fine to use the classical interface if thats the only way to do it. How do I switch to the classical interface?

Is there a way to turn off the "send" when hitting enter to allow multiple paragraphs in one message?

I used to play the GvI bot (named FB) and found it extremely challenging. Too challenging actually. The current bot (named Kestas bot) seems too easy. If we have several different bots, Would it be possible to be able to choose which bot to have as your opponent?

How do I get into a game?

I completed the signup form with appen.

I never played against bots. But when it's you against 3 opponents, the only way I know to do it is to back off of the stalemate line and let someone else become a threat. Once they re-engage with each other, you can push past the stalemate line and go for a win.
