02 Jun 12 UTC Spring, 2000: [Pacific-Russia]:I agree, but we all signed up for 36 hour turns so if SAf has stuff to resolve, let's let him.
02 Jun 12 UTC Spring, 2000: [Quebec]:Yep. I just can't stand when someone does that as their dying "fuck you" message ;)
02 Jun 12 UTC Spring, 2000: [Pacific-Russia]:Yeah! People should be banned for waiting the full time to disband their last army.
02 Jun 12 UTC Spring, 2000: [South-Africa]:Especially in the first phases one need to establish contact with immediate neighbours. I take the time for that. I'm still waiting for some responses, but it seems they are not very communicative. I'll klick ready within a few minutes.
02 Jun 12 UTC Autumn, 2000: [Quebec]:No problem, SA. I completely understand that.
22 Jun 12 UTC Autumn, 2003: [Oz]:Here come the pirates of Australia.
22 Jun 12 UTC Autumn, 2003: [Ghana]:Hahaha Oz
22 Jun 12 UTC Autumn, 2003: [Frozen-Antarctica]:Oi!
22 Jun 12 UTC Autumn, 2003: [Argentina]::)
27 Jun 12 UTC Autumn, 2004: [Oz]:Noooooooooooo
28 Jun 12 UTC Autumn, 2004: [Frozen-Antarctica]:Sluggo has made his mark, Mr. Bill.
04 Jul 12 UTC Spring, 2006: [Quebec]:I built that fleet on the wrong coast. Oops ^_^
04 Jul 12 UTC Spring, 2006: [Frozen-Antarctica]:Been there.
05 Jul 12 UTC Spring, 2006: [Argentina]:that fleet wasnt supposed to be there! arrgh!
05 Jul 12 UTC Autumn, 2006: [India]:bye everyone, good game
05 Jul 12 UTC Autumn, 2006: [Pacific-Russia]:Come off it, slithery naan-eater.
19 Jul 12 UTC Autumn, 2009: [USA]:I may be on the ropes, but I'm invading Saskatchewan this turn. And it will be for all time!!
19 Jul 12 UTC Autumn, 2009: [USA]:Er, 'it will be mine for all time!!'
19 Jul 12 UTC Autumn, 2009: [Quebec]:Thanks for letting me know.
19 Jul 12 UTC Autumn, 2009: [Pacific-Russia]:Haha Quebec supports the heroic hurrah. And if you think NWT won't be touching up once Arg and I are done, you're mistaken.
19 Jul 12 UTC Autumn, 2009: [Quebec]:Ghana versus world? Interesting idea. I think this will end up a three-way draw...
19 Jul 12 UTC Autumn, 2009: [Pacific-Russia]:I see what you're thinking but you misjudge our character.
19 Jul 12 UTC Autumn, 2009: [Quebec]:Says the guy who stabbed me out of fear of a to-be enemy. I don't think character plays a big part in this game.
19 Jul 12 UTC Autumn, 2009: [Pacific-Russia]:Don't make me copy and paste the part where you demanded Yukon because it was on "your" continent not "my" continent. Possession is a fickle thing, no?
19 Jul 12 UTC Autumn, 2009: [Quebec]:If I were going to play on grudges, I'd bother responding to that. Yes, it is, and based on the approach I expected to take, that would end up the case, but that's irrelevant. Like you stabbed me, someone else will come next. Maybe it'll be SA since he's vulnerable. Maybe China. Maybe you. I don't know. Just my thoughts.
19 Jul 12 UTC Autumn, 2009: [Ghana]:I know Quebec, poor Ghana. All we wanted was peace too. Well, just after a bit more land (sorry about that btw SA, we promise to be gentle, if short lived, rulers) . . . No matter, I'll make this game go to 2025 if I have to in order to stay in lol
19 Jul 12 UTC Autumn, 2009: [Frozen-Antarctica]:Do you mean game 2025 or calendar year 2025;)
19 Jul 12 UTC Autumn, 2009: [Quebec]:Argentina will be the first to tell you that we won't be around in 2025.
19 Jul 12 UTC Autumn, 2009: [Ghana]:Lol, FA, game years. I think technology will have progressed by 2025 real years that we'll be in some holographic alternate reality watching actually armies & fleets move around per orders haha
19 Jul 12 UTC Autumn, 2009: [Pacific-Russia]:The best part about turn-based games is we don't need holograms. Though I would love one of those ten-foot long maps they're always hunched over in war movies.
19 Jul 12 UTC Autumn, 2009: [Ghana]:Dressed in uniforms and all, yes, it would be quite exciting
20 Jul 12 UTC Autumn, 2009: [Quebec]:Saskatchewan is minee!!!
20 Jul 12 UTC Autumn, 2009: [Frozen-Antarctica]:Well, well, well. What a kirfuffle this is!
22 Jul 12 UTC Spring, 2010: [Ghana]:Indeed FA.

Of the remaining 6 powers, 3 of us have selected voted for a draw, which was the original arrangement if I'm not mistaken.
22 Jul 12 UTC Spring, 2010: [Quebec]:Why not vote cancel?
24 Jul 12 UTC Autumn, 2010: [Ghana]:Well Pacific Russia, looks like you're the last holdout. Care to join the rest of us in a draw? :)
24 Jul 12 UTC Autumn, 2010: [Pacific-Russia]:Because that's total crap. What is going on here? South Africa, of all places, changes its mind and now we're throwing in the towel? It's Africa vs. the world, victory is assured if we just coordinate our moves properly.
24 Jul 12 UTC Autumn, 2010: [South-Africa]:Well, I'm attacked by my former allies, so I didnt have a choice really then turning to Ghana.
25 Jul 12 UTC Autumn, 2010: [Argentina]:Ghana talked to me about the draws and, to be honest, I'm ok with a 6-way draw. Something I learned in webdiplomacy is that there is no need to be greedy, and all these 6 players deserve a draw, that's why I put my draw. Now it's up to PacRussia, if he doesnt want to draw, thats fair as well.
25 Jul 12 UTC Autumn, 2010: [Argentina]:And, about Bco, never forget to do the bump! :)
25 Jul 12 UTC Autumn, 2010: [Pacific-Russia]:SAf I think you made a good decision, don't get me wrong. I just think that when you get to the epic continent-wide invasion stage of the game, it's no fun to say hey good job everyone let's call it a day. We've got you guys against the ropes, and in a couple of years you'll be down to a nub, we just need to be a bit patient.
27 Jul 12 UTC [Ghana]:Funny Pac Russia, I said the same thing you did and got invaded for it ;)
27 Jul 12 UTC [Ghana]:And btw everyone else, I'm not sure if you're noticing who happens to be gaining the most from this continued war. As of yet no other nation has recieved any spoils from attacking SA & I (with the exception of two measly SC's that China got)
27 Jul 12 UTC [Ghana]:Pac Russia can't even keep up with his builds he's got so many new SC's lol
27 Jul 12 UTC [Quebec]:PR, nobody cares what I think, but you need to know that in a world game, the losers sometimes get thrown into the draw too. If you are unfamiliar with that, maybe you should play this variant more often. If I were around, I would have the world turn on you right noe, because like Ghana said, you are the only one gaining significant enough ground to be a threat. If you have more units in Africa than everyone else, you will take it and solo. China and Argentina could so easily take your home centers without effort if they make the first move. If you aren't drawing, watch your back.
27 Jul 12 UTC [Pacific-Russia]:Thanks Q. I know the "losers" often get the draw, too. China may have stabbed me if I tried to solo, but we'll never know. China's been an excellent ally and I'd sooner ask him to split the world with me than risk civil war in Asia.

It's all moot though!!!! I have to move in a few days to start grad school and seriously doubt I'll have the time for this game. I know that's a crappy way to end it, but everyone else wants to draw so I guess it works out. I'm just sad Thule is still yellow.
27 Jul 12 UTC [Argentina]:Although we could eliminate some players, it was a nice game and a fair draw. Good game to all
27 Jul 12 UTC [Ghana]:Indeed! This was a nail biter, very exciting game!
27 Jul 12 UTC [China]:Well played all, it was definitely very fun. Thanks for being the voice of reason, Quebec.
27 Jul 12 UTC [South-Africa]:Very odd game, being allied and in war with everyone who bordered my centers. I learned a lot from this game. Thanks everyone.
