Also, I may be fairly big, but 6-8 is the average size of an empire in this map, furthermore, it's not that Carthage is big NOW, it's that he's managed to get to a state with Rome whereby it's just a matter of time before Rome is eaten up, indeed he will soon reach a size where he'll have enough troops to fight both me and Rome at the same time. He'll soon be easily able to take Roma, Neapoli and Leptis, putting him up to a size of 12, double almost everyone else. Carthage has 6 units attacking Rome, while Rome has only 4 units in place to defend, it's a matter of time before Rome loses!
