09 Aug 10 UTC Autumn, 2013: [USA]:I know all about Russia, I was asking for his assistance against Europe while knowing you and WC would attack him. He told me about your MAP with him, and how he thought you were going to attack him. I'll post our chat in a second.
09 Aug 10 UTC Autumn, 2013: [USA]:28 Jun 2010 Spring, 2004: [You]:now might be your best chance for Germany
28 Jun 2010 Spring, 2004: [Russia]:oh is that you in Northeast Atlantic? thought it was Ghana!
28 Jun 2010 Spring, 2004: [Russia]:we definetly can help each other. There is enough for both of us!
28 Jun 2010 Spring, 2004: [Russia]:we definetly can help each other. There is enough for both of us!
28 Jun 2010 Spring, 2004: [You]:If you are lucky he will cover France.I hope he doesnt so I can land an army there
28 Jun 2010 Spring, 2004: [Russia]:yeah let's hope. with you potential army in Fra, will you help me get Germ and Italia? Gbr and Fra would be yours
28 Jun 2010 Spring, 2004: [You]:Im just trying to see how my D-day landing in France will work for now
28 Jun 2010 Spring, 2004: [Russia]:ok
but if you go there, I could really use a hand. I'm kinda stuck right now.
You would make all the difference. And I become more and more afraid of India... who is becoming bigger.

Anyway we'll see how it goes.
30 Jun 2010 Autumn, 2004: [Russia]:As you can see I changed my mind. You should do the same and attack Canada, before him and India are too big.
30 Jun 2010 Autumn, 2004: [You]:I wont attack you so you can move all your units east and South
30 Jun 2010 Autumn, 2004: [Russia]:You won't be able to do much damage to Europe anyway, since I'm not attacking him anymore. He'll put all his units on your side. Canada would be much much easier to attack...
09 Aug 10 UTC Autumn, 2013: [USA]:We had more chat than that, It just eventually went off the screen.
09 Aug 10 UTC Autumn, 2013: [India]:Man, I love this game! LOL!
09 Aug 10 UTC Autumn, 2013: [India]:Curiosity killed the cat. Not sure what curiousity did...
09 Aug 10 UTC Autumn, 2013: [India]:But that is curious.
09 Aug 10 UTC Autumn, 2013: [India]:Sorry, couldn't help that, lol.
10 Aug 10 UTC Autumn, 2013: [India]:Ok, I'm back. I didn't move on purpose to see what would happen in my absence.

USA, you are still occupying Congo. I notice there was some confusion in your move. Please vacate Congo by the end of this coming Spring. I will not ask again.

Your conversations with Russia sound like perfect diplomacy to me. I was chatting up a storm with him after we'd joined forces against Europe. It was Russia's inability to break Europe's hold on the Near East and failure to exploit an advance into Europe proper, his loss of Scandinavia, etc; along with WC's arrival in Kamchatka, that finally made my decision for me. Had you taken his advice, you would have not survived as long as you have. You made the right choices.
10 Aug 10 UTC Spring, 2014: [USA]:yea, I messed up my orders. I double checked them this time.
10 Aug 10 UTC Spring, 2014: [India]:No one is infallible.
10 Aug 10 UTC Autumn, 2014: [USA]:I kept it open India, why not move there?
10 Aug 10 UTC Autumn, 2014: [USA]:If y'all are still up for it, I have the most awesome idea for the end of game convoy.
11 Aug 10 UTC Spring, 2015: [India]:No rush. I'm trying to think of things to do to keep me busy and moving at least something, lol. I'm moving my fleets up the coast and sending E. Atlantic to Cameroon. That completes my coastal fleet collection, lol. SW Atlantic is withdrawing to E. Atlantic and I'm vacating the waters adjacent to F-A, as per a previous agreement with WC. After this I'll be playing solitaire, lol.
11 Aug 10 UTC Spring, 2015: [India]:I think the most impressive end move for this game would be for you to convoy an army from Monterrey (wc) to Monterrey (ec). Actually, Mexico and Central America would also serve the same purpose. Around the world in one move, cool. How about a convoy from Monterrey to Central America? Let's vote!
11 Aug 10 UTC Spring, 2015: [Western-Canada]:What's USA's idea first? Let's hear his idea and then decide what to do.
11 Aug 10 UTC Spring, 2015: [USA]:If India moves to southwest Indian we can convoy from Indian to Union!
11 Aug 10 UTC Spring, 2015: [USA]:Or Indian Territory to Thule in Greenland would also be awesome.
11 Aug 10 UTC Spring, 2015: [India]:Not quite all the way around the world. If we are to do that, it must be completely around the world and not short by the width of a continent. Besides you could convoy Ind Terr to Thule with four fleets.
11 Aug 10 UTC Spring, 2015: [USA]:But there's not one in BrS.
11 Aug 10 UTC Spring, 2015: [India]:There are enough fleets available to fill every ocean slot with a few spares...
11 Aug 10 UTC Spring, 2015: [India]:The point of convoying around the world is to convoy around the world - not from one coast of a continent to the other. There are only a couple of places to do that as I mentioned earlier. Moving from east coast Monterrey to west coast Central America would be a convoy around the world. We could actually attempt two convoys, one using a northern route and the other a southern one with both armies landing next to each other from opposite sides, if you're up to it.
11 Aug 10 UTC Autumn, 2015: [USA]:India, Do you really need a unit in every African territory you have?
11 Aug 10 UTC Autumn, 2015: [India]:That was the direction I was going in. As it is I have plenty time to either twiddle fingers, or practice convoying armies hither and yawn. Besides, three of those territories aren't occupied (Kenya, Mozambique and Zimbabwe).
11 Aug 10 UTC Autumn, 2015: [USA]:yep, so have fun occupying them. Cause i know you will. You have enough armies.
11 Aug 10 UTC Autumn, 2015: [USA]:Western Canada, feel free to support me to Southeast Pacific.
12 Aug 10 UTC Autumn, 2015: [India]:At 5 p.m. on Tuesday, I wrote: "I'm vacating the waters adjacent to F-A, as per a previous agreement with WC." I think it would be better for you to support SPO to SE Pacific. Eventually, in the not-too-distant future, WC will have a fleet in each of the coastal waterways adjacent to F-A. Actually, you need a fleet in NE Pacific if we're doing this 'round the world convoy. California should move in that direction.

You and WC should complete the take over of your respective targets at around the same time. I'm moving my fleets in position to accomplish that convoy. E. Pacific should stay where it is and California should head toward NE. Pacific. The time for that convoy approaches...
12 Aug 10 UTC Autumn, 2015: [USA]:so, If we convoy Indian to Union, then I was thinking we do the same thing WC doing right now with his F-A convoys, except with Indian help, then I'll finish the job with my fleets. India just needs to get units in Southwest and Southeast and it would already be set up.
13 Aug 10 UTC Autumn, 2016: [USA]:WC, I just need Southwest Atlantic to secure the rest of Brazil and will move out this turn.
13 Aug 10 UTC Autumn, 2016: [Western-Canada]:What are ye talking about? Brazil is already secured. Just move to Chile. Besides, that Fleet will be gone by the end of this turn.
13 Aug 10 UTC Autumn, 2016: [India]:USA, please remove your fleet from SW Atlantic as WC has been guaranteed access and ownership of all waters adjacent to F-A, as I've explained to you twice already. India's fleets are now all in position. WC needs to put a fleet in each of the waterways adjacent to F-A and you need your fleets in W. Atl Ocean and NE Pacific Ocean and your other fleets where they currently are.
14 Aug 10 UTC Autumn, 2016: [USA]:Sorry, But that was the only guaranteed way to kill of Brazil this turn. i said I was moving out. Do either of y'all ever bother reading my messages that explain why i do things?
14 Aug 10 UTC Autumn, 2016: [India]:We were wondering the same. You don't need to be in the waterways adjacent to F-A in order to take out Brazil. You have an army in Scr and you could have already knocked out BAi instead of wasting time moving to SW Atlantic for absolutely no logical reason.

It's like your insistence on convoying from Ind Terr to Union and calling it a 'round the world convoy. It is not. I've told you this more than once. There's a three thousand mile gap there called North America.

As I explained before, if you start your convoy from Monterrey heading east (GoM) and land at Central America, west coast, you will have actually traveled some distance beyond the circumference of the planet; ie, around the world. It also requires the use of the largest number of fleets for the convoy, traversing the most water territories.
15 Aug 10 UTC Spring, 2017: [USA]:Alright India, I shall do your convoy. Western Canada, sorry for the mis-order with Monterrey. There's not much difference between North Pacific and Northeast Pacific, so I got a little confused about it.
15 Aug 10 UTC Spring, 2017: [Western-Canada]:No harm done.
15 Aug 10 UTC Spring, 2017: [India]:Sorry to sound so short there, USA. We are now waiting for you and WC to place your fleets and turn the remaining oddball colors in S. America to a nice uniform USA color. Don't forget about the Carribean Islands!
16 Aug 10 UTC Autumn, 2017: [Western-Canada]:My Fleets are in position for the convoy. Just waiting for the go ahead signal from you all.
16 Aug 10 UTC Autumn, 2017: [India]:Alrightie-then! Waiting for USA to change those awful non-USA colors...
17 Aug 10 UTC Autumn, 2017: [India]:Don't forget the Carribean Islands!
17 Aug 10 UTC Autumn, 2017: [USA]:My browser is messing up and it won't let me do convoys this turn.
17 Aug 10 UTC Spring, 2018: [India]:No convoys until you turn the colors. When the convoying is ready to start, you need to inform us. Turn the colors of the green and neutral Carribean Islands to your colors first, okay? Then, with your fleets in place, let us know you're ready to convoy.
17 Aug 10 UTC Spring, 2018: [USA]:I was just telling you that because I was trying to convoy an army into Caribbean and Salvador last turn but it wouldn't let me.
17 Aug 10 UTC Spring, 2018: [India]:That's odd. Was there an error message? Or did you put in the order and then it didn't happen? I wonder if these games go through minor quirks with bugs every now and then as I end up making moves I know I didn't do on occasion.
17 Aug 10 UTC Spring, 2018: [India]:WC's absence is worrisome. I've played him before and he's had computer issues with his PC in the past where he got knocked offline for a period of time. He should have ended his turn long ago as he has no moves to make. Fingers crossed that all is well...
18 Aug 10 UTC Autumn, 2018: [USA]:na, he's back now.
18 Aug 10 UTC [USA]:Are we now on for the convoy?
18 Aug 10 UTC [India]:Okidokie, we're ready for the final convoy. We want to use the most sea territories that we can, so here is an idea:

Monterrey moves by convoy to Central America starting with GoM, NW Atl, NE Atl, E. Atl, SE Atl, SW Indian, Mozambique Channel, NW Indian, NE Indian, SE Indian, SW Pacific, Tazmanian Sea, Pacific Islands, W. Pacific Ocean, Central Pacific Ocean, NE Pacific to Central America. That makes sixteen water territories crossed.
18 Aug 10 UTC [India]:Let me know when y'all are ready to proceed, okay? Any day now...
18 Aug 10 UTC [Western-Canada]:WC (not Fields) checking in and ready for transport.
19 Aug 10 UTC [India]:Sorry everybody. I tried twice to input convoy orders and Safari crashed both times. I'm gonna hit the finalize button and pass the convoy this turn and we'll try again next turn. Again, I apologize but the convoy wouldn't take the order.
19 Aug 10 UTC [USA]:yea, my browser also kept crashing also.
