14 Jul 20 UTC Oh man, I completely forgot to gloat a little here. Thank you Britain for keeping me alive as a vassal!

I took over the game in Autumn 1995. By Autumn 1996 I failed to undo my predecessor's rude verbal attacks which he thinks is diplomacy. With just 3 units I was holding off Poland, Ukraine and Turkey's combined assault on my doorstep. By some miracle the Eastern alliance bailed me out of my impending doom and I somehow managed to regain my strength over time as part of the 4-way alliance. I feel like I could write a short novel about this.
14 Jul 20 UTC Well played Russia. When writing your book, ensure you get your directions right. I'm sure you meant Western alliance, not eastern? Look forward to playing in future games with you.
14 Jul 20 UTC Indeed! Don't forget to include the part, where in my arrogance left you all but defeated in order to turn on my allies, and thus sealed my own fate.
14 Jul 20 UTC Hahaha.. it may be worth a footnote! I'm sure Russia's comeback said more about him than it did your good self! Nonetheless, you played well within you're own right!
15 Jul 20 UTC I would also like to write a short novel about my dealings with Turkey who betrayed me and Spain who refused to reapond to my requests for a truce only for mw to outlive them both. My favourite part was when Spain ignored my message for a truce and then suggested the exact same dmz when the tide had turned on them
15 Jul 20 UTC I would also like to write a short novel...

... the end
15 Jul 20 UTC Haha, I keep mixing up West and East for some reason. I need to do the whole North-East-South-West rotation in my head to figure out which is which. I did mean the Eastern alliance of course. Thank you France for correcting me.

Yes, Turkey seemed to get high from betraying people, but I think at a certain point when Poland was getting invaded, it was already too late for the East to start working together. My best chance at that point was to be as useful as possible to the enemies of my enemies in the hope we can become friends.
15 Jul 20 UTC Have to admit, I thought Russia’s story was pretty fun to watch.
15 Jul 20 UTC If you go East long enough it becomes west
