1 excused missed turn
Game drawn
14 Jul 20 UTC Spring, 2009: [Kenya]:we just might
19 Jul 20 UTC Autumn, 2009: [Quebec]:Well, a draw would be preferable to the Americans, wouldn't it?
27 Jul 20 UTC Autumn, 2010: GameMaster: Game was extended due to at least 1 member failing to enter orders and having an excused missed turn available. This has un-readied all orders.
28 Jul 20 UTC Autumn, 2010: GameMaster: Game was extended due to at least 1 member failing to enter orders and having an excused missed turn available. This has un-readied all orders.
28 Jul 20 UTC Autumn, 2010: [Kenya]:New Kenya
28 Jul 20 UTC Autumn, 2010: [Quebec]:Welcome
22 Aug 20 UTC Spring, 2014: [Quebec]:To all nations with a life expectancy of at least 2 years:
Are all of you fine with having a draw after Argentina and Frozen-Antarctica are defeated?
If so, I'd like to ask for your confirmation.
24 Aug 20 UTC Autumn, 2014: [Western-Canada]:Confirmed.
24 Aug 20 UTC Autumn, 2014: [Quebec]:A quick warning for everyone:
India is going for the solo.
25 Aug 20 UTC Autumn, 2014: [Frozen-Antarctica]:I’ve warned this years ago LOL
25 Aug 20 UTC Autumn, 2014: [Quebec]:I know, just giving a quick reminder to everyone.
30 Aug 20 UTC Autumn, 2015: [Western-Canada]:And Ghana is helping India to his solo?
30 Aug 20 UTC Autumn, 2015: [Brazil]:Just a reminder that this variant requires 44 centres for a solo, so still a good way to go yet. ;)
30 Aug 20 UTC Autumn, 2015: [India]:And I am only 21 centers away from the win. No one can stop me. Send out the warning. :)
01 Sep 20 UTC Autumn, 2015: [India]:Now I'm only 22 centers away. Shouldn't that number be getting smaller, not bigger?
05 Sep 20 UTC Spring, 2016: [India]:I have an idea for a coordinated attack that I will share with both of you. It has two parts one spring and another in fall. End state will be clearing Antarctica (almost).

Part I (Spring Turn) Seize APe and San and eliminate a Canadian fleet:
Ghana order SW Atlantic to APe and Nov to San.
India supports SW Atlantic to APe.
Kenya order Norwegian to BAT and South Pole to Marie Byrd Land. There is a small chance he can take South Pole but you can retake it in fall so it is unlikely. Leave Len open for a retreat just in case.
Kenya also order SE Atlantic to support Nov to San and order East Atlantic to SW Atlantic to backfill.

This puts you into position for Ghana to support Kenya into BAT in fall leaving Canada with one lonely army in Antarctica. Ghana should also backfill East Atlantic with your fleet in Gui.
05 Sep 20 UTC Spring, 2016: [India]:Did everybody get that?
05 Sep 20 UTC Spring, 2016: [Quebec]:I'll go search my white flag while you do that.
We'll fight to the end, though.
05 Sep 20 UTC Spring, 2016: [India]:Well, you've got one advantage in that I'm too dumb to message securely.
05 Sep 20 UTC Spring, 2016: [Western-Canada]:lollllllllll
05 Sep 20 UTC Spring, 2016: [Quebec]:Won't do much for us.
We're outnumbered like I've never seen it before in my carreer as Diplomat.
05 Sep 20 UTC Spring, 2016: [Quebec]:*career
05 Sep 20 UTC Spring, 2016: [India]:Not that I should be providing encouragement, but you have the continental advantage and that counts for a lot on this map. What I mean is that ocean spaces are few and large while land spaces are many and small. That makes it easy to defend a continent and hard to cross oceans. It will be fun to see how this plays out.
05 Sep 20 UTC Spring, 2016: [Quebec]:I know and agree.
I'm exited.
Obviously, we cannot really win anymore, though.
So:
What do you think of a time limit?
What I'm basically saying is that we'd just be playing out a lost war like WW2 Germany did. However, we might just end up in a stell mate. Do you think it's fair to give us a fighting chance?
A chance in the form of a set year the war would be ended in a draw would be best because anything other means sabotage on yourself which is against the spirit of the game.
06 Sep 20 UTC Spring, 2016: [India]:I can't speak for anyone else but I don't want to put an arbitrary limit on it. I think that if we reach a stalemate then we will all recognize it and accept a draw while a time limit creates an artificiality that influences how we play.
06 Sep 20 UTC Spring, 2016: [Quebec]:Okay, convinced.
Time to stell mate you. ;)
06 Sep 20 UTC Spring, 2016: [India]:Again, I cannot speak for anyone else but I have been giving this some thought. Once Argentina is eliminated Canada and Quebec will be the last remaining original players in this game and I think sticking with a game this long should be rewarded. I want to play this out for the experience (this is my first game on this map) but no matter what I commit to voting draw before Canada and Quebec are eliminated. You may not get much in the way of points but you will get a draw rather than an elimination if I can help it. After all that is the point of SoS scoring.
06 Sep 20 UTC Spring, 2016: [Quebec]:That's really honorable of you. Thank you very much.
07 Sep 20 UTC Spring, 2016: GameMaster: Game was extended due to at least 1 member failing to enter orders and having an excused missed turn available. This has un-readied all orders.
08 Sep 20 UTC Spring, 2016: [Western-Canada]:Sorry everyone!
27 Sep 20 UTC Autumn, 2018: GameMaster: Game was extended due to at least 1 member failing to enter orders and having an excused missed turn available. This has un-readied all orders.
27 Sep 20 UTC Autumn, 2018: [Western-Canada]:New Bc here
27 Sep 20 UTC Autumn, 2018: [India]:Hi Canada. Thanks for taking over.
27 Sep 20 UTC Autumn, 2018: [Western-Canada]:I actually in Ontario same country as BC
02 Oct 20 UTC Spring, 2019: GameMaster: Game was extended due to at least 1 member failing to enter orders and having an excused missed turn available. This has un-readied all orders.
02 Oct 20 UTC Spring, 2019: [Quebec]:I'm kinda getting tired of the defence by now.
It's been almost a mounth by now and I think we should finish it.
What do you think?
02 Oct 20 UTC Spring, 2019: [India]:I'm for taking it to the 2019 build phase - end of this year. That's when I'll vote for a draw. We'll see if Kenya and the new Ghana agree.
02 Oct 20 UTC Spring, 2019: [Quebec]:Alright
04 Oct 20 UTC [India]:Thanks Quebec for sticking it out until the end.
Thanks Canada for coming on to keep the fight going.
Thanks Kenya and Ghana for being great allies.
My draw vote is in.
04 Oct 20 UTC [Quebec]:Thanks for the fun game, guys.
Hopefully all of you draw ;)
04 Oct 20 UTC [Russia]:Im glad the baltic states have remained loyal!
04 Oct 20 UTC [Quebec]:lol
04 Oct 20 UTC [Kenya]:GG.
Thanks India for heading such an interesting alliance
04 Oct 20 UTC [Ghana]:GG - thanks to the last Ghana for letting me step in for the free points ;)
04 Oct 20 UTC [Quebec]:You are truly honorable people.
It has been a pleasure playing with you.
Hopefully we meet again some time.
04 Oct 20 UTC [Quebec]:Speaking of which:
What do you think of setting up a game of Classic or maybe Antique Mediterranean together?
04 Oct 20 UTC [Brazil]:Well played folks, good game!
04 Oct 20 UTC [India]:I'd like an Ancient Med game. Only played that one once before.
04 Oct 20 UTC [India]:I've started a game called Club Med I. Anyone interested, come join in.
04 Oct 20 UTC [Western-Canada]:I feel cheap I stepped in last moment
