1. A boat in Baleares can be used to convoy units even though there are islands there
2. The four-way intersection in the middle of the Mediterranean permits diagonal movement across the point of intersection. Ex: [Gulf of Tacape --> Messenian Sea] and [Ausonian Sea --> Libyan Sea] can both happen in the same turn.
3. Athens is like Kiel (AEG-Ath-ION is a permissible sequence of moves)
4. The Nile can be traveled down and/or across by fleets, including Sinai (which brings the Red Sea into play in a big way, and means that Egypt can build fleets in all three home centers)
5. The Nile Delta is a bonanza. Thebes is adjacent to GoP; Alexandria is adjacent to Sinai
