07 Mar 18 UTC	Tbh, surprised you didn't go for the win. I thought Egypt and I would work together better but then they moved towards me and I got scared and started pushing towards them, meaning I left my north vulnerable especially after rome left.

I might have been able to solo, but I'm still a fairly new dip player, so I wasn't sure I wanted to spend another 45 minutes ekeing out those last centers. I'm happy enough to have done well- although, that was really mostly because Persia dropped out after turn 4.
07 Mar 18 UTC	When did I move towards you? I only had one army, which I admitted went a bit back and forth. My army build in Memphis went north with the idea to convoy, and the fleet in Lybian only took and defended Crete. But h8ndisght 20/20...

07 Mar 18 UTC	Did I do that? If so, I concede :) Greece, you probably would have soloed if Carthage and I had been kept locked in a fight. I could have taken one, maybe two SCs from you, but not enough.

07 Mar 18 UTC	Yes, that’s why I set draw early. I hate winning (or losing) because one power walks into free SCs, which, by the way, also was the case for Rome late in the game...

07 Mar 18 UTC	Egypt, Autumn 3, you played back to cyrene and built an army in memphis...I also build and army to be safe. Then the next turn you played to leptis and we bounced and then to marmarica the turn after. I wanted us to not attack each other but I was afraid after Persia left that you would cap them and turn around towards me. Rome seemed to be confused about Baleares and getting pounded by Greece so I just went full force southwards. Didn't realize how quick Greece might actually make it to my northern border. Finally, I echo your sentiments on winning because people leave early but you both also played well! 7 minutes is not a lot of time to analyze. Hope to play again sometime :) that was my first game on Ancient Med and it was fun!
