21 Aug 17 UTC Autumn, 2001: Hey hey
21 Aug 17 UTC Autumn, 2001: Huzzah!
25 Aug 17 UTC Autumn, 2002: Hey, could we pause? I've got a hurricane coming my way tonight and I don't know if I'll still have power come tomorrow.
25 Aug 17 UTC Autumn, 2002: Oh, guessing you're from Texas too then huh? I'm in the same boat. Metaphorically of course, maybe literally come Saturday lol
25 Aug 17 UTC Spring, 2003: But yeah, if we could pause that would be awesome, because I really don't want to lose my buy in because of a natural disaster.
25 Aug 17 UTC Spring, 2003: Entered my pause vote. Good luck to you guys. If you happen to sail by the North Sea in Belgium, I can make a 2 hour drive to give food/drink provisioning. It'll be fun, like Gendry (from GoT).
25 Aug 17 UTC Spring, 2003: Hahaha we'll have to row almost as long too. I'm gonna try and make a water world gang though, so my sunken city will be where we'll thrive most.
26 Aug 17 UTC Spring, 2003: Good luck guys .... And hope we see you soon.. My pause is in.
26 Aug 17 UTC Spring, 2003: Thanks man, I appreciate it.
26 Aug 17 UTC Spring, 2003: Man, it's only been hitting my neighborhood for 3 hours, and we're already flooding worse than usual during really bad storms. This should be quite the adventure.
26 Aug 17 UTC Spring, 2003: https://tinyurl.com/yb3jrzo9
26 Aug 17 UTC Autumn, 2003: Haha, yeah that's basically me in my backyard earlier, clearing out the drainage so it didn't flood the house.
27 Aug 17 UTC Autumn, 2003: Ugh, I'm lucky I'm in a higher area for Houston, people are getting trapped and drowning in their attics because the government was saying to stay put, cause usually people die when they're risking it by moving during the floods.
27 Aug 17 UTC Autumn, 2003: Sorry - newbie - just realized I should vote to pause. I am in the northeast, far away from the weather you are going through. Best of luck and be safe.
28 Aug 17 UTC Spring, 2004: Am I glad to live in Belgium... Worst I have to endure is a triple government.
28 Aug 17 UTC Spring, 2004: Haha, most hurricanes aren't this bad, and we're pretty used to flooding here, it's just that we have a hurricane parked over us, and now it's going into the gulf again and just going to rebuild strength.
28 Aug 17 UTC Spring, 2004: But, I'm off to go see if the neighbors need any help, or if the neighborhood next to mine (it's flooded really bad, National Guard had to come in to help people evacuate) needs any extra hands getting people out.
28 Aug 17 UTC Spring, 2004: Was your house damaged?
29 Aug 17 UTC Spring, 2004: No, mine was okay, had to help in the storm with the neighbors though, setting up commercial grade pumps just to keep up with the influx of water coming in, it was starting to flood them.
29 Aug 17 UTC Spring, 2004: So i suggest we all unpause and the texas guys take their time and unpause when they are ready. Dont feel pressured guys..
29 Aug 17 UTC Spring, 2004: Yeah, sounds good.
01 Sep 17 UTC Spring, 2004: Alright, I'm pretty good, and the stress of the storm has passed, so it's mostly gonna be on Florida now. Not sure if he was in one of the worse areas.
01 Sep 17 UTC Spring, 2004: Ok.. Still having Mexico and Florida....
01 Sep 17 UTC Spring, 2004: My house got pretty flooded:(
02 Sep 17 UTC Spring, 2004: Oh shit, sorry to hear that Mexico. I was just helping at my sister's, it's flooded really bad, like, 4 inches above the door knobs bad. Canoeing there was pretty surreal.
02 Sep 17 UTC Spring, 2004: Guys take your time..... Sorry to hear this..
02 Sep 17 UTC Spring, 2004: That really sucks... Wish I could help. :/
02 Sep 17 UTC Spring, 2004: I'm gona unpause for you all to continue. I don't really have much time for dipomacy at this stage of my life though
02 Sep 17 UTC Spring, 2004: good luck to you all
02 Sep 17 UTC Spring, 2004: Good luck man.
11 Sep 17 UTC Autumn, 2008: hey all, new peru here
11 Sep 17 UTC Autumn, 2008: Hey, welcome to the party
11 Sep 17 UTC Autumn, 2008: holy crap this game looks different
11 Sep 17 UTC Autumn, 2008: I think it's because California cleaned up the map in his territory, makes it look completely different when those empty western states are all one color.
11 Sep 17 UTC Spring, 2009: lol funny how florida has more scs but california looks like he has 70 percent of the board
12 Sep 17 UTC Spring, 2009: Hay New York how is life in Nova Scotia
12 Sep 17 UTC Spring, 2009: yeah ill support the new brunswick to nova scotia move so the 4 of us can draw directly afterwards
12 Sep 17 UTC Spring, 2009: RIP New York.
12 Sep 17 UTC Spring, 2009: RIP
12 Sep 17 UTC Spring, 2009: Won't cut me in on the draw deal, huh? LOL
12 Sep 17 UTC Spring, 2009: Haha to be completely honest it was only because you started moving on Peru, and wanted me to pick between keeping one ally, or two. Not an easy situation to be in. Also I kind of have a personal rule to narrow it down to less than 50% of the players before a draw. Haha
13 Sep 17 UTC Spring, 2010: Gonna set myself to move to Vermont, just to make it green
13 Sep 17 UTC Autumn, 2010: ........
15 Sep 17 UTC Spring, 2011: im just gonna give all my centers away
15 Sep 17 UTC Spring, 2011: ill even move my troops out to make it easy for you guys
17 Sep 17 UTC Spring, 2013: let's all just draw
17 Sep 17 UTC Spring, 2013: You want a draw, Peru? With 2 SCs?
17 Sep 17 UTC Spring, 2013: i wanted to draw when i had 15 :p as i told the other guys, this game bored me i will either draw or just surrender all my territory
17 Sep 17 UTC Spring, 2013: alright, didn't know the whole story.
19 Sep 17 UTC Good game you guys!
