I've stalled pretty much all communication, minus small messages to persia, and you all could feasibly destroy another country without me reaching 18 SC's, you just need to work together and figure out how you're going to do it? Who's gonna go first? Egypt? Persia? Greece? Will Carthage really draw once a country is destroyed? Can we make it impossible for Carthage to win? Imagine the possibilities.
