Spring, 2002: The people who left have almost been entirely assimilated by their neighbors. Their presence (or lack thereof) no longer has an impact on how the game will operate, so replacing them is pointless. And I'm not sure if anyone is willing to draw because the people who remain are the people who have acquired copious amounts of free territory by those aforementioned absent individuals.
