30 Nov 16 UTC	Spring, 5: I request some diplomatically negotiations. Rome is pretty much crushed and so are Egypt. Then there is three big nations left. Now, Greece and I (Persia) are in an alliance and we have been talking about a three draw end. So Carthage are you interested in us three drawing?
