Spring, 2003: Will try | |
Spring, 2003: i havent complained in this game for a while because i forgot it was still going. who takes 7 days to do a move |
|
Spring, 2003: Mechico is probably forgetting to retreat to Arizona:p
Autumn, 2003: my apollogies
Autumn, 2003: I also kinda forgot about it
Autumn, 2003: GameMaster: Cricket Master was banned: multi/meta/no reply. The time until the next phase has been extended by one phase length to give an opportunity to replace the player. Remember to finalize your orders if you don't want to wait, so the game isn't held up unnecessarily! |
|
Autumn, 2003: This is now officially the worst game of all time. Oh well. Game on, all. |
|
Spring, 2004: Boo Cali!!! Okay, I don't CD, so I'll play it out, but it looks like I'm licked. A tip of my hat to you guys. |
|
Autumn, 2004: Hey alle New California here. Wondering, how many players are active in this game? Have a nice weekend. |
|
Autumn, 2004: We're all active. Mexico has missed a turn lately.
Autumn, 2004: This is literally the least fun game of diplomacy I have ever played. I hope whoever is playing Heartland is okay. Because I can't imagine losing interest in a game when victory (at least a nice pick up of points) seemed assured. |
|
Spring, 2005: Shall we just draw this?
Spring, 2005: Shall we just draw this?
Spring, 2005: maybe | |
Spring, 2005: new HL, who are my allies?
Spring, 2005: all right, who made this game with 7 day phases? speak out! |
|
Spring, 2005: Dunno. But with all the changes of players and NMR's and CD's, I think it would be most fair just to draw it. But I will play on if you guys wanna do that.
Spring, 2005: At this point, we could all pick up some nice points from all the people who left already. This is not fun. We should draw.
Spring, 2005: Though Cali took one off me recently, I feel on good terms. I'd willing to work out some non-agression pact to let you two go after Texas.
Spring, 2005: Ok :-) | |
Spring, 2005: There really ought to be names behind post in global in these games. Any who, I am joining what I think is Heartland. I'm willing to fight whoever is not on a draw and force 'em to it or to sit on my ass if the person not voting draw is on the other side of the map. |
|
Spring, 2005: You can also join another game
Spring, 2005: Oh yeah, cause that's solves the problem at hand here...
Autumn, 2005: Wuuuhuuu only 6 hours to next round..
Autumn, 2005: yeah, Quebec, finalize please?
Autumn, 2005: that goes for the rest of you too, if we all just finalized it would go a lot quicker
Autumn, 2005: GameMaster: Reisingman was banned: multi/meta/no reply. The time until the next phase has been extended by one phase length to give an opportunity to replace the player. Remember to finalize your orders if you don't want to wait, so the game isn't held up unnecessarily! |
|
Autumn, 2005: FFS! | |
Autumn, 2005: hey there guys, how's it going?
Autumn, 2005: I just came to vote draw
Autumn, 2005: Start pounding at Heartland, and a draw you shall have to help end thin least fun of all games.
Autumn, 2005: can't be that bad. sure, it's a 7 days phase but you knew that when you joined, right? Right? (because I didn't realize until now, lol)
Autumn, 2005: Was just about to write to you Heartland, if you could be so kind as to draw it and end it. And New Texas - thanks for joining - was just waiting a whole week for a simple build round and then someone gets banned and 7 more days added.... Quebec please don't use time as a way to force something throu, just press ready. |
|
Autumn, 2005: I also didn't notice when I signed up. Most of us are take-overs of CDs at this point. I know see that Heartland and Texas were probably a multi-thing, which would explain why I couldn't get any traction in any communication with them early. I had still schemed to blow up the alliance, but then the previous Cali CDed, screwing me over. This made me so pissed about the game that I didn't work with the current Cali -- who is cool -- the way I should have. So, yeah, from my perspective, just not a fun game. |
|
Autumn, 2005: Heartland and Old Texas have a fairly long stretch of communication. I'm fairly convinced they're legit. Otherwise HL would be banned too I guess. (also you should probably not accuse people in the public forum).
Autumn, 2005: What New Texas says - accusations of cheats are in one direction only ->mods And only if you have some grounds to it other than a really firm alliance. But, atlas, let's focus on the present. Heartland, with a New Texas voting to end the game your days seems numbered. Why not just throw in the towel and start a new one, with hopefully no multis and no CD's? |
|
Autumn, 2005: I'm not and was not accusing the current Heartland. I was accusing someone who left a game inexplicably on the verge of a winning endgame. Like nearly every spot, this Heartland is a take-over.
Autumn, 2005: But now that I hear there was a bunch of communication, that does sound unlikely. Apologies to the person who left. |
|
You guys want me to draw? I guess I see where you're coming from and this game has kinda been a disaster, but I'm sorry, it's really hard to draw when you're winning
can we at least eliminate Mexico first?
OK fine. | |
I reread your posts and I draw, because not sdoing it would make me a bigger bum, than I thought
GG I guess. See you guys around
(clapping) big choice of you Heartland
Sorry this game kinda sucked. Biggest apology to Cali for me being so pissed that I acted like a jerk. Thank you Heartland. GG all. |
|
I'm guessing it's old Cali you're talking about?
Oh, no, I think I was fine to him. When you came in, I acted all pissy.
And so I'm sorry. I'm sure you'll live. :)
Well, I didn't notice that, thou your tactic of not striking Heartland struck me as - well, in the lack of a better word in my tired mind, noobish.
Well, I'll leave that as the last word. |
