Description:
The WPL 2023 will start in late-March 2023.
The WPL will be run on webDiplomacy, the Online Diplomacy Leagues server through the WPL channel, and the Online Diplomacy Leagues forum. webDiplomacy’s forum will be the principal place for information about the WPL. Games will be advertised and run here.
The ODL WPL channel will keep people updated with information about dates and information about games. The ODL forum will do the same.
A link to scores and results will be maintained on all sites.
Each month from March - September, a new round of games will be created, making 6 rounds in total.
At the end of the league, a Championship game will be held with the top seven placed players invited to participate.
Players can enter one game per round. Players may enter as many rounds as they wish.
Players do not need to register to play in the WPL. Games will be open to anyone who requests the password to access the game.
At the end of each game, the Commissioner will update the scoring of games and the league standings.
The Commissioner will be responsible for creating games, advertising them, and ensuring the rules of the WPL are followed by all entrants.
