I am interested. I thought I replied to one of these threads but then could never find my post again.... *looks around in shame* haha. Anyway, I've never gone CD before and with an iPhone it's hard not to have access to set moves at the very least.

Can't scroll the chat though on the iphone which makes communication difficult. :x

It is important that you be able to communicate with other players and read the comments in the forum/blog.
You should join if you feel that you will have time for it... if you do it I can assure you that it is a very good way to learn ;)

we are currently making a waiting list. none of the current games will not be over for at least two weeks, i'd say. however, it does look like we may have a CD on our hands in one game, so an opportunity for enrollment may arise sooner than that.

with severl candidates, the best way to distinguish yourself is to look at each of the current games going on and add questions or commentary. that will show your commitment. when an opening happens, we will post it here, and also email anyone who has submitted their email.

Troodonte: I know. :) I am very active with press inside the games I play but I am still pretty new and still learning. I was just saying that I never go CD because I have 24/7 access for the most part with assistance from my phone.

SoW game phases are generally 36-50 hours long. this game we are seeking a replacement for is 36 hours per phase. currently i favor Hibiskiss as s/he posted more than once in the thread, but from what i can see none of the short-listed have commented on or asked questions about the current SoW games. i'll make my decision based on whoever responds first to the list, and also who starts to ask questions/comment in other games. the others will be kept on a list and be notified when a new SoW game is started - it probably won't be for a minute.

Just a doubt about where to post the comments about the ongoing games: here or on the blog?

ok PallasAthena and Hibiskiss - whichever of you joins first, takes over turkey in School of War IV - you're both smart enough to figure out where the link is, the password (we think) is sow4. go to the game, select "take over country" or whatever and enter the password. post here if you try and it doesn't work.

Id rather leave it to Hibiskiss.
The reason is if I join this CDd Turkey I think Ill lose my place in the list when a new one starts.
And Im very intersted in not missing opening negociations and choosing alliances turn, which is one of the hardests parts in diplomacy for me .

Can you define rookie and inexperienced? Less than 40 games? 10? I'd like to play and receive advice from the pro's.
