1. How many SC someone has in one game is not directly related to their skill. If this is your main point for dismissing what someone is saying that's just wrong.
2. Not good to post this on here as it is easy to find out who you're talking about (if it is a current game?)
3. Obviously, without much more in-game information it is impossible for anyone else to assess whether he has a valid point.

So, in summary, you're ridiculing someone and dismissing their arrguments solely based on the fact you have more SCs than him in a single game? Maybe he has a point...

No he is describing how someone dismissed his advice/arguements despite the amount of SCs in a single game, which is hilarious.
It sounds like he tried to give this player advice, which I wish more people would do (see School of War) and got one of the most vehement outbursts I have ever seen.

i was down to i think 2 scs and someone started trash talking me so i said something back, he laughed said and said i was a sore loser...now hes out of the game, me and someone else took every one of his supply centers in a matter of turns

Bigger powers generally give advice to smaller powers to push thier own agendas, not to be nice.

I'm in 100% agreement with Ivo. Publicly trying to humiliate an opponent? This is diplomacy not a game of tag in elementary school.

this is on the same level as stabbing an opponent and then posting about it to gloat. very poor gamesmenship.

AND the person who called me a sore loser went to forum like this with what i said, trying to get me banned.

I had won a game with 24 SCs because I wanted to see how many SCs I can get without cheating.
I was playing with one of my friends in that game and when I stabbed him (he was a short term ally, needed to creat choas in the south) he got all pissed and broke our friendship via diplomacy chat. Said things like "you don't stab your friends", or "your never going to have more than a 1000 points" blah blah

I laughed everyday for a week thinking back on it. Still do sometimes.
