My bank has huge queues at lunchtime (which is the only time I can get to it when it's open), and is one of those banks with a "manager" who isn't a real manager by any true definition of the word. It perpetually tries to sell me crap I have no interest in and has a cash machine outside that has switched from offering only £20s to only £5s. It's walls are jam packed with leaflets about services that don't really tell you anything useful other than "it's on the internet", and it has a chashier called Sally who is slightly attractive but extremly incompetent.
