Tom, that's not acceptable. A bounce in Burgundy heavily favors France, as the army stuck in Munich can't go anywhere, whereas the army in Marseilles can take Spain.
I'll agree to it if you'll move Par-Bur instead of Mar-Bur, but then we'd be giving England Belgium unopposed. Otherwise, I'm only comfortable with a DMZ. Your call.
England, I know our French friend has been overtly friendly to you over me with these suggested moves, but please see it merely as putting you in the stronger negotiating position rather than as an opportunity to ally with the Frenchman. He has nothing but builds on the mind right now, and that means there's no guarantee he'll be your friend for long. I won't ask you to move to the channel, though if you feel it prudent, I'm certainly not opposed.
Russia, I'm generally in favor of letting you into Sweden. An exceptional showing in the south or a need to secure an English ally could force my hand however, so I won't make a promise I'm not sure I can keep yet, even if it is likely. In either case, I have no intentions of meddling with you in the East, and I hope you feel the same about me in the West.
I'm looking forward to this. Should be an interesting twist on public press.
