Why someone can left a diplomacy game?

Can someone explain why and how?
Isn't the rule stating that CD may occur if player missed to play 2 turns without login? Then why a "LEFT" occured?

Points Display

Why does the number of D-Points displayed next to a player's name equal their available points instead of their total points? Total points would be a better measure of skill.

Considering there was a post about Pokemon GO, ...

I'd like some advice about if it would be good to purchase a Russian Dragon's of Tarkir booster box for about $100 USD? Shipping prices don't matter, as my friend is in Russia at the moment (he is the one actually buying this, and is wondering if he should).

Is there any statistics about how common is the win by solos. Which nations has the most wins, and who the least wins. And statistics like that.
And also, in general, which variants would you say are the most played, and why?. Any thoughts?.

Well Malcolm Turnbull is visiting the Governor General, so an election is imminent, and probably a "double dissolution" election with the full Senate being dissolved, not half as is usually the case

We have had an elected Head-of_State since forever, we've had a Prime Minister elected with something like 25% of electorate and now he is standing down to be replaced by new PM that no one elected. Home of democracy? I think not.

Ban all Trucks

Without trucks, the terrorist couldn't possibly have carried so many explosives. Trucks are weapons of mass destruction and must be banned. Goodness, at least do background checks on the truckers.

Meaning of "no in-game messaging"

First-time player question: if a game has a "no in-game messaging" setting, does that mean there's no communication between the players at all? Or is there just a specific kind of messaging the players should/should not use?

*Apologies if this is answered somewhere in the rules or another thread; couldn't find it specifically anywhere.

Vecna, Vecna. Really? Why are you so obsessed with me?

I'm just trying to figure out why claiming is his best move as the reporter. I mean he could just hide and use Extra Extra, anyway, without claiming. And he wouldn't die to the desperado (who may have just not shot him anyway).

However, this makes perfect sense to do as a mafia trying to survive the night.

If the Desperado tries to shoot a hiding reporter, nothing happens. The Desperado's action FAILS because he cannot find the reporter to fire at. However, the Desperado does not die either. No confrontation occurs.

We're talking too much about potential PRs/actions.

Desperado should stick with our earlier assumptions and shoot Ogion, who is very scummy.

Look, let's let the Desperado/other PRs do their thing tonight. In the morning, we can consider a mass claim or maybe we just try to lynch someone.

No rush here, we have a very large pool of more or less town clears.

Vecna, one reason I doubt its Vash is that plenty of choices other than floodgates were viable. Peterlund, Chaqa, and Vash were all alternative wagons. If Vash were scum he could have just pushed Chaqa instead.

Not necessarily. If we have a massclaim, scum will probably fake a claim somewhere in the mix. If and when it happens, we will have to investigate ALL the options.

I find it very scummy that BB so badly wants the town to lynch the claimed inventor just because some scum claims a town PR!

@Vash - ExtraExtra only works during the day phase. It wasn't until tonight that Chaqa/others began pushing to shoot me. I've been pretty widely scumread, so without knowing who the desp was, I didn't want to risk getting shot.
