this was no mean undertaking, getting 17 such highly qualified players in one game was not easy, but i'm glad that on such an active site, it was also not impossible. I can't wait to get to know some of these players that I have not had the pleasure of playing with before.

I can't get to the 'messages' link at the bottom. In fact there is none. does that mean outsiders can not see the global tab either?

^That should only be the case for the first year. Once the first year is over, you can access that chat archive.

It doesn't show up until the first set of moves goes through, same problem with my last world game, haha

Copy the game id to the clipboard then go to another game, click on messages and then replace the gameid and you can see the messages page.

Onto another important note. we have asked a mod to 'force pause' the game until a permanent replacement can be located for President Eden who is taking a leave of absence.

I think the pre-condition to the game was no pause for the holidays. the game is a 48 hour-turn game and we have stipulated not finalizing during the holidays, but we wont take a pause. If you can find a sitter for your longer trip, that could also work, but if not, then we'll ask Mujus if he can take over. Thanks.

You got the mods to force pause a game. You alone. Not the majority of us in the game. And why? Because a player had a legitimate plan and you saw it as him NMRing. That's a legit strategy and not your call to m ake. You metagamed and used the mods to alter the flow. You should be punished, but they won't do that to the number 1 player on the site and that's bullshit.
