Can anyone defend socialism?
Can anyone defend the idea that "government" can produce a better society by diminishing individual freedom in exchange for increased socialist imposition of government power on the individual?

Let's all carry on with the faux confusion. Need at least "what's going on" post per thread otherwise webdiplomacy will implode.

Denying people the freedom to buy raw milk of their own free will from another individual makes society better? That's what the FDA does, and I wonder how you would argue that society benefits from allowing that freedom of choice.
Stalin and Lenin are your heroes Putin, How many millions do you think they murdered between them? You rant about Hamilton, Jefferson, Washington, and Adams. What circus freak show do you perform in?
It's quite satisfying to see 138 posts without one justifying that a better society comes from a reduction of individual freedom in favor of increased governmental power.
Putin33 (111 D)

How many millions killed in the Trans Atlantic slave trade? Not to mention the millions enslaved. Go do your Testicle Chew impersonation elsewhere. This is tired, old, and not remotely amusing.

"It's quite satisfying to see 138 posts without one justifying that a better society comes from a reduction of individual freedom in favor of increased governmental power."

You must be illiterate. There were countless posts justifying this. So it seems you're not going to construct a straw man but refuse to acknowledge anything that challenges your worldview.

dD hates communists that's why his government (Australia) went out of its way to kill millions of Indonesian and East Timorese communists and dD can sit here and prattle on about how great his free market cult is. Because morality is much less important than making sure the world is safe for the bosses.
Invictus (240 D)
03 Nov 13 UTC
Because this guy allegedly hates communists Australia allegedly killed millions of Indonesian and East Timorese communists decades ago? Do you even care about whether you write anything even tethered to reality any more?
ILN (100 D)

dD, I live in Ontario and its illegal to buy raw milk. Where the fuck is my freedom of choice? I don't want to buy milk with puss in it, filled with hormones, and homogenized, which essentially changes the fat molecules, and makes your body interact with them weirdly, and everyone wonders why all kids nowadays have allergies. Anyways, to bypass this law, we went to a local farmer who raises his cows the way the have been raised since ancient times(except that he milks them with machinery, and plays them classical music lmao) and bought cow shares, so we own our own cow, or a share, as the law allows you to drink raw milk if it's your own cow.

And the state has continually harassed him, police checks early in the morning, trial after trial, his wife left him cause she got tired of the court cases and harassment, eventually, they even said something along the lines that transporting raw milk is a "biological hazard" LMAO, (but feeding cows corn, giving em antibiotics and keeping wm crowded knee deep in shit with e-coli outbreaks is definitely not a biohazard). Anyways, all that trouble, harassment etc for what? So I can't drink what milk I want? Its fucking absurd!!!! Just one example of governments having too much control, they need to fuck off.

Also, to maniac, socialism can exist in a free market, government free society, but a free market system cannot live in a socialist society.
Ex. You live in a free market society, there are no taxes, no regulations etc. You want to have a socialist shithole with your komrades, sure, get a property, a farm or something, have a bunch of people sign a contracting stating that they agree to blah blah blah, and done, you won't have any trouble with anyone asking for taxes, you won't have regulations, in fact on your property, and due to the contract signed by your komrades, YOU MAKE THE LAWS. What more do you want?
Now, question is, can you so that in a free market society? No. So even if you think socialism rocks!yea! Does mot mean you have to reject others the right to live they way they want.
Invictus (240 D)
03 Nov 13 UTC
And not all libertarians are so focused on the supposed tyranny of pasteurization. I'm not. But again, you never miss an opportunity to over-generalize if it supports whatever looney point you're trying to make.
Putin33 (111 D)
03 Nov 13 UTC
"YOU MAKE THE LAWS"

That's called democracy, genius. And yes you're right, people have chosen not to live in your system for good reason. Because it doesn't work.

"but a free market system cannot live in a socialist society. "

See - China, Vietnam.

" I'm not. But again, you never miss an opportunity to over-generalize if it supports whatever looney point you're trying to make."

Rich.

Invictues, I have never seen a bigger article promoting misinformation. Lol one point was that raw milk advocates claim unpasterized milk has less bacteria, LMFAO. Raw milk HAS MORE BACTERIA, however, its the good kind! Its fermentation bacteria. But whatever, I don't give 2 shits what you think, or what milk you drink, just let me eat whatever I want. And in the end, we'll see which one is better anyways.

Invictus (240 D)
03 Nov 13 UTC
You didn't really read it then. It's not about raw milk being bad, it's about the arguments in favor of it largely being unsupported by science.

Poke around the website some more. He's quite thorough in his research. Start with something you already don't believe in, like, I assume, Bigfoot or dowsing.

"You were the same people saying smoking doesn't cause lung cancer."

I think I was seven or eight when the lawsuits wrapped up, so unlikely.
ILN (100 D)
03 Nov 13 UTC
"people have chosen not to live in your system for good reason. Because it doesn't work" ok, people haven't, and about it working, you don't know.
However, I can't live the way I want, in the system I want because those people have this god complex and think they have a right to tell others to live a certain way, because *they* think it's right lol. Fuck off

convenient LED table lamp with touch sensor

Halogen lamps are required to see the most powerful requirement improves through 2017. These lamps are the most just like conventional incandescents and will benefit from customer understanding, low preliminary cost and good lamp quality. Moreover, a rise in automobile manufacturing will encourage halogen front lamps requirement.

Fact
I spent entirely too long in the toilet paper isle today. Extra strong, or Ultra soft? Both have their advantages, and it's not a decision lightly made

Sometimes I wish I could have a combo package... you know, extra strong for the evening I eat the burrito, and soft soft soft for the next day.
