Pandarsenic and xcurlyxfries, how's it going? I am moving to Greece this turn. For three reasons: I said I was going to in spring, and you never really refuted me, Curly. I've said all along that I'm open to negotiation, but you never negotiated. Second, I feel like I owe S.P.A.O. more than just moving out of Piedmont, so I'm moving my fleet away from him as well. Finally, with the number of threats on your border, Austria, I don't think you can gamble with your fleet. As I said before, give me greece, and I'll stay out of Tyrolia.

Since I will only be able to build army units I expect turkey to only build fleets in the given scenario, as that secures mine and his protection as I can't invade with just armies, and he can't invade with just fleets.

yes, I noted. That's not a negotiation though. That's simply saying "I want this." Negotiation involves suggesting different possibilities that would be attractive to the other person. For instance, I've offered to stay out of Tyrolia. If I did move there, it would obviously be very bad for you. I'm also willing to offer my undying alliance in exchange for Greece. Maybe there's something you can offer me in exchange for _not_ attacking greece. I don't know! I'm hoping for new ideas that further both of our agendas.

Ok lets make something clear, I went to the black sea as a defense since i didnt get either of your messages before i finalized my moves. And the move on Galicia was hardly a stab but as i mentioned before it was to assure Romania.

I told you over and over that after i get Romania, i had no further interest in the south. but none of you acknowledged this before i finalized my moves

And one more thing that I mentioned earlier....
I also said that if England makes an aggressive move towards Russia I would take the build in Romania and put an army in St. Petersburg. But hey, if you guys are so convinced that I'm trying to stab you both (which by the way would be a most idiotic move) then fine go ahead and waste all of our times while the people in the west collect SCs

[G] I have an interesting proposal. At the moment you look to be gaining three centres, with everyone else only two, (or in my case) one. As you've probably noticed, there is alot of international pressure for me to deny you one of your builds, which is in this case Denamrk.

I am pleased at your offer to not build fleets, but I do not think that agreement is tenable for the current situation, and nor does it really make me very safe.

My proposal is thus: If you support me into Belgium this turn with Holland (Ruhr can do anything it wants) then I will do the following in exchange for your sacrifice of a centre to keep the power-balance.
1) Not deny you Denmark, obviously
2) Will give you a centre-credit ie. I will owe it you to support you into another centre on the board we both touch (you pick which!)
3) Will essentially be your friend and not attack you until you either attack me or publicly break it off


A warning though;

If you don't accept I fear I will have to deny you denmark (though only for one turn) bowing to international pressure.

And if you say you will let me have Belgium, and then don't, then I am afraid I will have to declare war on your pernicioussness.


But I think you are an honourable and intelligent ruler, my dear Kaiser, and I believe you will see the light.

It seems the western powers are moving closer and closer towards a formal alliance. If this indeed becomes reality the eastern states will need to work together or be systematically divided and defeated.

Turkey - If you wish we can leave the Black Sea neutral, or somehow orchestrate a way for my fleets to enter the Mediterranean. All I ask from you and Austria for that matter, is Romania. After that I will turn my attention to my Western and Northern borders

Austria - Again if the above scenario plays out as East vs West, we can establish a DMZ in Galicia, provided that I'm assured Romania, let me know what else you think we can do.
