he does have some pending civil lawsuits which if he loses will only mean he has to pay a court ordered settlement. You don't go to jail if you lose a civil lawsuit. You go to jail if you are found guilty in federal court. Big difference.

However, this is an election. We are hiring this person to do a job, 'run the country.' And in an election if you elect someone under threat of indictment, under the gaze of the FBI, with numerous pending investigations then you are just asking for a constitutional crisis if she wins.

If she is indicted and prosecuted and found guilty then anyone who voted for her rewarded criminality with a vote. At a certain point you have to step back and ask yourself a key question. Am I being such a partisan that I am not being objective?

Would you want a school system to hire a teacher under an FBI criminal investigation? Would you want to hire an accountant under an FBI criminal investigation? Would you want to buy a car from a lot that is under an FBI criminal investigation?

I mean at what point do you say, 'enough is enough' and just be objective?

Have you considered that our society disregards victims of sexually assault and encourages them not to try for meaningless court trials, because they aren't likely to win anyway? Trump has not only displayed an intent to sexual assault, "ie grab her by the pussy", but has admitted to treating women and their bodies however he sees fit due to his position in society. And there have been COUNTLESS women that have been groped, touched, coerced, or harassed by him. THAT is sexual assault. Even if it is not criminal investigated due to horrible legal barriers. THAT is what being a criminal is, and if you had any sort of compassion you would not vote for such a sick fuck.
