This is your case, or as much of it as felt like a case, from the last 10 pages. You haven't tried to compile anything together as a case, you just left jumbled bits here and there. That is not a convince case. Please tell me if I missed anything, or if you feel I am misrepresenting your case in anyway. Also you forgot Vecna.
Page 26- "The votes for ND came in think and fast at the end; clearly scum did in fact decide to jump on ND and get a townie lynched.
ND, 7 votes: ghug, wjessop, Espi, Vecna, Yoyoyozo, Maniac (and DeathLlama)
We have to assume that at least 1 of the voters here is scum.
Maybe even 2 of the voters."
"Let's analyse the final vote count, assuming that scum would have split themselves somehow.
I've removed ND's solo-crusade vote on me, so that (as BloodWolf has also gone), we have the list of everyone left in the game and who they votes for:
ND (7): ghug, wjessop, Espi, Vecna, Yoyoyozo, Maniac, DeathLlama8
Espi (2): guak, Jeff Kuta
Maniac (1): bo_sox48
Look at the list again and assume that scum split their vote at least between two people:
ND (7): ghug, wjessop, Espi, Vecna, Yoyoyozo, Maniac, DeathLlama8
**1 or 2 potential scum in this group**
Espi (2): guak, Jeff Kuta **1 scum potentially here**
Maniac (1): bo_sox48 **1 scum potentially here**
Essentially, this means that we can break our scum search between players in to 2 categories:
Category 1, ND voters: ghug, wjessop, Espi, Vecna, Yoyoyozo, Maniac, DeathLlama8
Category 2, non-ND voters: guak, Jeff Kuta, bo_sox48 "
""wjessop, you and I are obvious scum reads from that, probably me more than you. We were 2 of NDs scum reads and we lead a lynch against him when he turned out to be cop."
I think Maniac is soft-cleared. I also think DeathLlama could get a tentative softclear for bringing up the quotations from captainmeme, which almost certainly implicate a scum player now that we know the actual cop is dead.
This leads me to think that the scum team is Jeff Kuta + 2 of Espi/Yoyo/Vecna. "
Page 31- "@Jeff: Captainmeme made 2 clear breadcrumbs for the role of investigator.
The investigator is dead -- meme was fake breadcrumbing.
This is almost certainly scum indicative.
you replaced captainmeme, so I'm voting for you."
"Everyone take note: ND made himself viable as a target at the right moment for mafia to take the heat off of Espi.
Jeff Kuta + Espi are almost certainly 2 of our scumteam.
Maniac is being pushed by them both, because Maniac has become an easy punch bag. "
"@Yoyo:
Ok, I can provide the list of players rated as you set forth. Here's my list
1. DeathLlama - 60%
2. Maniac - 55%
3. guak- 55%
4. bo - 50.1%
5. Vecna - 49.9%
6. Yoyo - 30%
7. Jeff Kuta - 5% - on the basis of the fake breadcrumbing, and his entire Day 1 contribution.
8. Espi 0% confidence -- lovely guy, but in this game he is utterly useless and very scummy."
"Yes, thanks for making everyone aware of that.
Of course, you will try and bus each other at this point.
Espi, you and Jeff are the two scummiest guys in the game, in relation to what you've contributed -- you're both extremely likely to be lynch candidates today -- the only other likely candidates for lynch are Maniac and myself.
Maniac/wjessop = town
Jeff/Espi = scum
Your attempts to reignite the Maniac/wjessop candidacy hasn't taken off yet, so right now it would make sense to put your votes on each other, in an attempt to gain credibility if you're part of the wagon that lynches a scum player. "
Page 32- "SCUM SLIP ALERT.
Espi says above: "So, you think ghug was wrong about Jeff and I, and that him thinking Maniac was scum was wrong? I think he is a much better player than that wjessop."
This looks like a scum slip to me.
Explanation: It is clear that Espi is exploiting ghug's town read here, because ghug was town reading both Espi and Jeff Kuta.
Slip: One reason mafia kill town players is that dead townies can't change their minds.
Slip: Espi is trying to do exactly this right now by saying "hey look, dead ghug said Jeff and me are town, can't argue with that". It's a standard scum tactic and Espi is being FAR TOO BLATANT about it.
Verdict: This is why Jeff and Espi would have NightKilled ghug in Night 1 -- a) removes a good player; and b) ghug's final read gave clears to our two main scum targets."
"THIS IS CLASSIC SCUM TACTICS.
"DEAD TOWNIES CAN'T CHANGE THEIR MINDS".
It's one of the things I learnt when I played M9."
