Not that this is why most "abuse" takes place, but there IS a time and place to wildly insult and slander someone in a game. If a country has a choice to attack me or my ally, and I need them to attack me...there is a good chance I will let the explicative fly in order to make damned sure I get the attack, perhaps leaving my ally open to maneuver.

As for the word "Bully"...I'm so *fucking* sick and tired of all the whining an dbullshit about bullying. When I was a kid and you got bullied on the playground, you had a fight, and then it was over. None of this pansy-ass "I'm a victim, poor me!!" bulshit the school push down on kids, glorifying the weak ones that Darwin has selected to self-remove from the gene pool. We've had a rash of teen suicides in our community...and after EVERY one, without knowing the cause, the press and the school immediately glorify the kid that offed himself -- whether it was a goth freak or the captain of the basketball team, they are all victims of bullying. BULLSHIT. And, they all get glorified "victim" status in the press and go out in a blaze of popularity. In other words...if YOU are sad and lonely, it's OK to kill youself, and then everyone will love you - THAT is the message of bullying. THAT is what my kids tell me they think about it.
