Live Games - process delay
I've recently played a live game for the first time in a few months, and I'm finding that the timer counts down to "Now", but then it actually takes 30-40 seconds to process the orders. This means people are able to enter or change orders *after* the phase should have ended.

Political Views
The campaigns of Clinton and Trump have been running for a little over a year now and political tensions have been running high in the United States. As someone who's relatively new to this site, I couldn't help but wonder whether webdiplomacy players tend to be more liberal or conservative.

Game Titles
As I peruse other people's games, I've often been amused by game titles. It's a shame we can't see who the clever title authors are. It may not be wise during the game, but it would be cool if it were displayed after the game was over.

SHOCKING new excerpts from Clinton's paid speeches released by Wikileaks reveal that Hillary's...just as boring a speechmaker in private paid speeches as in public ones, I guess?

New Online Diplomacy Podcast!
Some friends of mine from vDip - The Ambassador and Kaner406 - have started up a Diplomacy Podcast focused on the online scene. You can find it here: http://diplomacygames.com/

It's also on iTunes, Overtune and Stitcher (search 'Diplomacy Games'), and should be on Google Play but hasn't appeared there yet for some reason.

@brainbomb

you say it's "privilege" to vote for Johnson

as opposed to the honorable things Clinton has done? 2004 she was adamant against Gay marriage, but in order to win votes, she changed lines quickly.

and that's all she is. Changing views simply for votes.

Gary Johnson is honest, he knows how to balance a budget, because he DID balance a budget and had economic growth in New Mexico.

The only area he is weak on is Foreign policy, and that's why i'm likely voting for Clinton.

But if you say "it's privilege to vote for Johnson" you are saying that my opinion doesn't matter, because not enough people support it

DISCLAIMER I HATE TRUMP I AM NOT DEFENDING TRUMP

Hillary's record with women isn't stellar, remember the bash campaigns on the women who had affairs with Clinton, and the woman who said he raped her??? Did we forget about that???

and don't start throwing these weak ass statistics on Gary Johnson supporters demographics. Just because he is running a campaign with a shit ton of the vote DOES NOT MEAN WHITE PRIVILEGE. I mean he's had very little Press time compared to the other two bloated amoebas we've had on stage, despite 62% of Americans voting that he should be at the debates.

So am I anti 2-party corruption??? ***YES.***

Is that white privilege??? ***HOW THE LIVING F*** IS THAT WHITE PRIVILEGE TO HATE CORRUPTION???***

Lol, it is so funny people are voting for someone simply because of their genitalia. It's also quite sad at how simple some people are.

Clinton still is an awful candidate. She's supported all of Obama's involvements in Syria, but already on the campaign trail she's having to back track. Foreign policy has been a mess in the last 16 years

YES I KNOW REPUBLICANS ARE HALF TO BLAME FOR THAT: GUESS WHAT? I HATE REPUBLICANS

and I don't see things getting better with Hillary. the problem is: Johnson and Trump are nutcases at Foreign policy!!!

Here's my overall list:
Foreign Policy:
Trump: 1/10
Clinton: 3/10
Johnson: 1/10

Economics:
Trump: 3/10
Clinton: 3/10
Johnson: 5/10

It takes a genius to lose a billion dollars in casinos.
DeathLlama8 (514 D)

"The Trump Taj Mahal casino in Atlantic City opened in 1990, with Trump financing the completion of its construction with $675 million in junk bonds at 14% interest. By the following year the casino itself was in debt to the tune of $3 billion, while Trump himself owed some $900 million in personal liabilities.

In order to keep the Taj Mahal afloat, Trump struck a deal with his lenders in which he gave up half his ownership share and equity in the casino, sold his Trump Shuttle airline and his Trump Princess 220-foot yacht, and agreed to a bank-set limit on his personal spending in exchange for a lower interest rate and additional time to make his loan payments."

Frankly, anyone would be better on foreign policy than Clinton. Clinton foreign policy was responsible for ISIS and has completely destabilized the Middle East through the so-called 'arab spring'.
