In all seriousness, I can use TC as an excellent case study of not NOT to perform internet research. The TC process:

1. Visit The Blaze, Fox Nation, or other similar right-wing "fair and balanced" news outlet.
2. Create new thread
3. Copy and paste articles verbatim
4. Add commentary on socialism ad nauseum
5. Bump

i didn't read any of this cause nothing sounds as good as something i've written. but imo unrestrained income inequality could make sense, and i used to believe in it, but there really are technical problems with it. the basic assumption people tend to have is that the wealthy earn what they have. but with bank bailouts, inherited wealth, government corruption, etc, most of the wealth is not all that deserved. also it tries for total employment, is that actually good? besides there aren't enough jobs organically to hire everyone. so you end up creating wasteful jobs. overproducing and convincing people to overconsume. but even then we're moving post-industrial. so i think the economic model is getting weaker and weaker. also this kind of assumes a true free market, which isn't the case.
