After compering both sites preferences I found this to be most balanced set:
We can start one of the game in the next few day and second game after players who are absent return (early August).

As soon as we agree on game preferences we can proceed to organizing the games.
Procedure will be like this: we need to elect the captain who will create password protected game here on webdip, and give that password to other two players from webdip who will play here, and to the captain of the playdip team who will forward it to 3 of his team members. Captain of the playdip team will create game on their site and share password with his teammates and captain of webdip team who will then distribute that password to his team mates who are going to play on their site.
Captain of the webdip team will have to play on webdip site so we should pick him from the players who signed to play here. As soon as Captain is elected we can create our game, that is if all players agree with game preferences.
