It's not a bad move- if you join as a country with one sc chances are your entry fee will be at a huge discount and so you can help push for the draw (cashing in on the difference) by surprising the leader because chances are they will have most of their sc's open.

I'm guessing you're referring to Turkey- it was a new player to the site so he had no downside risk.

and seems that that person was a replacement, unless they left the game and came back. Cos both Turkey and France had left the game, then someone either took over or they both came back, except France left again

We've though about password games but I haven't used them for 2 reasons:

1. Harder to fill up and at the end of day win or loose, I just want to rip shit (and cause Barn3tt tension)
2. As I've said, if you do encounter a game where there's outside collusion, it'll only make you a better player in the long run. Think of a gunboat as being put in an arena with 6 other fighters and it's a free for all. In the worst case, assume all 6 are 'cheaters' and team up on you. You now have 2 choices: crawl up in fetal position and run away (a technique mastered by Barn3tt) or you fight. Whatever doesn't kill you only makes you stronger.

Well i have said this before, and i have played one lot of games about 4 mths ago where in all 5 games ther was cheating going on, they were banned, and my points gone- how is that being overly cautious... some of them were decent sized bets too, so i lost a good amt of points and standing.

Perhaps a new feature, so that if someone is banned for cheating, all thos games are refunded to the remaining NON cheats, Podium?

I would like to be able to see who has joined the game before joining and then, once the game has started, everything is anonymous.

Agreed.Better yet set it so you can buy insurance into a game for a percentage of your bet.If there is cheating you bet is insured and you get it back.Players would have option of not buying insurance and if there was cheating and you didn;t buy to bad.
