The law in the US is such that if I invite my friends to play a game at my house and they decide to leave, I have no obligation to remove all trace of their ever having been there from my place. The same applies electronically. And, on a practical matter, it can't be done. I can't get log files off of the routers at my office that tell me exactly who has been to my servers as well as what other servers my users have been too. The Feds actually *require* we keep this information should they ever subpoena it.

You cannot demand that the mods:
- fix your games

- delete your account

All of these things are at the sole discretion of the members with the ability to do so, and they answer only to the person that granted them those abilities. Under no circumstances are they obligated to perform any of the actions you would like them to or that you believe they should.

That being said, in practical terms it matters not one iota. No one is going to sue kestas over it, and kestas wouldn't bother fighting it even if he was in the right. So I don't know why you guys wants to raise such a ruckus about it.

Yes don corleone that's the way it works in Greece and every EUROPEAN civilized country. the user has rights. One of them is to ask for a removal of his account. So unless the site has specific terms that the user accepted when registering stating that accounts will not be deleted, then the user has the right to have his account deleted.
