Possibly, but he might have gotten points back by glitch if they cancelled a game after he was already banned that he was in.

@y2k, if someone takes over a CD position from a banned player the site returns points to that person, hence the 100.

It's posting for someone who was silenced/banned that's a problem. And yes, bans count (unless the rules have changed recently). I silenced more then 1 moron in my day who wouldn't stop posting messages for banned people.
