Town deserved to lose for not going for Bio early on. That there were ways to clutch it after is irrelevant - it was so horribly suboptimal to lynch teacon when he was a ticket to coordinate with the mafia; and everyone who supported it is terrible.

xorxes was town MVP but town did not deserve to win at all.

MAFIA 25 ANNOUNCEMENT:

Just to clarify the situation, Maniac was due to be the lead GM for Mafia 25, and I was down to run M26. However, Maniac is going to be too busy and has asked me to swap with him. I am ok with that, however this change to the GMing schedule requires the approval of the Council of Elders. I am in contact with them and we will confirm the situation quite soon.

If I am running M25 then signups will start later this week, and the game itself will begin around about 21st November.

Usually setups are 20 players or more. M25 is likely no exception.

It was pretty clear in my eyes that Vecna was the last scum. I'd been hoping that he was uninfected and wouldn't throw the game.

HR, you wanted us to go for Bio early on. But your candidates were rdrivera, darg, etc.

I guess knowing who is infected makes the logic behind lynching Vecna a lot clearer, but those of you that didn't think he was scum at all should explain that.

I had goldie and rdrivera as my two main candidates, Flood. I only went for darg later when he started questioning all the clears.

janitor is a mean nasty lil scum role... I know from... experience. janitor makes fake claims possible.

Also, for those who care, I did not vaccinate HR. I protected him N1 and had to self vax twice in a row. I was planning on vaccinating Vash on N3 and protecting xorxes, which would have been awesome. Of course, xorxes was killed with the strongman, but protecting Vash would have been super helpful. I had no intention of curing HR; I felt he wasn't a PR.

Bo, the theory that you vaccinated HR was associated with the theory that scum was uninfected. The only way HR was scum in that scenario was if you vaccinated him.

Basiaclly, I portrayed that case in order to keep scum's identity (Vecna) somewhat mysterious, in the hopes he wouldn't panic and just throw the game. I had to leave some glimmer of hope for him to survive, in order to get him to cooperate.

I think the setup was great. Bio was NOT overpowered, at least not until N3 happened and we lost our arsonist and doctor.

Oh, and scum stalking Dargorygel and infecting him was such a miserable idea. LOL. Why couldn't scum figure out that spreading the infection was BAD for them?

Vecna was trying to game throw and peter is too slow to catch on and stop him.

lol at all the god-thread warriors suddenly thinking theyre mafia gods because they can spot a fake-claim or a bio with full information.

All my math the entire game checked out, and was not scum motivated but mutually beneficial. Town played to try and minimize scum win chances as opposing to increasing your own win chances. You shouldve followed my plan, and trusted on your own scumhunting ability to still win this game after we MUTUALLY had taken care of the bio. Your actions literally put you in auto-loss, dont blame scum for nightkilling Chaqa at the end if you literally force that to be our only way of still winning.
