ok balki, so your first town-reads were wjessop and damian. it kind of sounds like you suspected DO here, but were more suspicious of my weak argument against her with the "bus" term. you ask me questions that i say are leading, you say are making a point about something i'm trying to do. i come out strong scum-reading you due heavily to these leading questions. we'll get to the PR talk later, but now you say you don't know about DO when I pester you for your opinion. now i let up on you. you're silent now until a published "not afraid of scrutiny" list with a "useless" list, and you give me and damian mvp awards. i yell at you for not doing scum-reads and giving us a useless list of observations without expressing any town or scum reads. rereading this post, i agree with my earlier conclusion. you say you'll provide details closer to deadline. after some pushing you say i'm mafia. your reason seems to be my disdain for your disapproval of my case against DemonOverlord. my disdain wasn't for your disapproval of the case, it was why you didn't further question me on what potential better reasons there could be that DO was scum. i would have expected you to openly consider whether i was bussing DO or not. your post seemed to indicate that it could definitely be a possiblity, given suspicion you acknowledged on DO as well as what you were throwing at me. anyhow, you've scumread me. you come in later reconfirming your town-read of wjessop, so no development on a read there, but you're questioning damian your other town-read for scum-reading wjessop. bunch of random words for why you think wjessop is town, nothing substantive. you ask me why i'm not going after HR. you again reiterate to wjessop now that you think he is town but you don't agree with his reads, namely Damian. you say Damian is town because again a bunch of words, nothing substantive, and oh yea he's mvp. you try to get focus on me and balki. you say i'm mvp for wrong reasons, and i question you why. before you respond you post about the VT's fakeclaiming. can you remind me what you fakeclaimed in M12? here's the deal about VT's fakeclaiming. if one does it and saves himself from a mislynch and distracts the mafia, yes, it can be beneficial. but when you openly talk about it like a policy, you essentially validate mafia to do that and blanketly claim VT. someone who employs the VT claiming PR needs to be confident in what they are doing, not doing it from policy. then the policy helps mafia more than it helps town. Let's also talk about you wanting to track D1. Maniac said it well that tracking should be saved late, and he's right, because most of the mafia can't be tracked now. it seems fairly obvious that the best use of a track is late once other roles are revealed, mafia are narrowed down, and a track is as close to a scan as possible. ok now you seem surprised that i finally realize that you think i'm scum because i really did seriously not follow it. ultimately upon doing this reread it becomes clear that i'm your only legitimate scum-read that you care much about. you ask some fleeting questions to others but they never amount to anything. but now we finally have more reads! page 14, eureka! so my pestering produces "my biggest suspects are Toemato, Demon, Guak, and Espi, but i'm not feeling solid on any of them". questioned on espi, and it's more words and meta about how he's played. you fail to reference anything concrete from this game. then you laugh at me and you being buddied :).
alright, here's what my reread of balki has told me. he identified early that damian and wjessop were town-reads. later on, he reinforces this by trying to convince each other that they are both town. but the arguments are super flimsy with "he seems like this" wording. same deal in his Espi explanation now for why he's a suspect. scum balki has been buddying wjessop and damian, not town-reading them. i have a very strong scum-read on balki now.
